We always shop at HEB it seems like it's the best store for fresh food, vegetables, fruit and products out of Mexico. Prices are also better than big chain stores like Walmart or Kroger's

Something off with the flavored wings especially the bbq sauce taste are expired. If there’s no chicken outside and flavorless, why do they have 2 cooks or more and still can’t do it right. They always play around and talk too much and their spits all over the chicken and on their phone that is a cross contamination . Guys are excited and flirted when they work with a white young lady always. Hopefully, they do it right just like employees in bakery. We can see they work hard unlike in deli kitchen. Nothing has changed they always like this everyday.

This store is an embarrassment. I have shopped at too many HEB stores! I know they can do better! It’s never stocked or fully staffed.
They treat customers very poorly. You need to improve.

I order cake for my birthday for today they text me this morning the last mints we don’t make that size they need to train employees if they don’t know something they need to ask they manager I’m so sad because they told me the last mints I will never shop no more at heb I don’t recommend to non of my friends and family to shop from heb they said what is not right it’s crazy

The inside of the store is great, but their mess of a curbside is enough to warrant a 1 star. If you are ok with waiting 20+ minutes for a curbside spot, then an additional
20 minutes to get your order AND it be completely wrong, then this is the location for you.

Store is crowded but there are plenty of employees at the check out registers. Good selection of all types of food. I bought a birthday cake for a good price.

Parking is always a chaos especially with a baby there is ONLY ONE PARKING spot designated for “customer with child parking” the worst part is people don’t respect it and park there even though they don’t have a child. There should be more parking spots for people with children. It’s too hot outside to be caring a child from the end of the parking lot all the way to the front of the store. I’ve seen plenty of people shopping with their kids, so it’s not like people don’t shop with their kids and parking spaces are not necessary.
