Coach Nonso has done an amazing job making Haven a welcoming gym with great jiu jitsu! My wife and I stop by whenever we can to learn from such an experienced black belt

Both of our kids go here ages 7 and 11 they love being around other young kids who love to train. coaches are awesome.
