Absolutely loved the customer service at Helzberg Diamonds provided by Erica! She went above and beyond to help my husband and me find the perfect necklaces. She even took the time to check and clean my wedding ring by hand after another associate had said it couldn’t be done. Her kindness and dedication really stood out, and I’m so grateful for the extra effort she put in. Highly recommend her!
