This is probably the best home depot of all the home depot I have been to. The employees here are the nicest amd most helpful and even greet you as you walk thru the store and always available in the isles you are walking thru.

Two assistant managers at Home Depot on Spring Cypress & Hwy 290
We had Store Credit on a card, which was not allowed to use online shopping at our home per Home Depot website. So, we visited the store located on Spring Cypress & Hwy 290 on Sunday evening, June 2, 2024, asking a store clerk to help place an online order for us, based on Home Depot policy.
When the nice lady clerk at customer service was in the middle of processing our order, a store assistant manager J*sh came up and demanded her to stop the transaction immediately, saying that this store would not do it. We asked why you won’t allow her to continue the transaction, he raised his voice "We don’t do it! Don’t yell at me!" (which we did not at all). At this moment, we could walk out the store as a frustrated and sad customer.
However, on the way out we saw another assistant manager, Hamilton. We explained to him what help we needed. He listened carefully with a warm smile. And then he led us to the appliance department desk to have successfully placed the order, with our store credit balance paid firstly and then a bank credit card for the remaining.
By this moment, we were so grateful for Hamilton's support. We also had a mixed feeling about Home Depot - probably there are many managers like Hamilton in a local store, willing to help customers and make them shopping happily, but why there is still a manager like J*sh existing at Home Depot?
Finally, thank you so much, Hamilton, for your kindness and competent management!

Thanks to T.J. for the excellent help locating supplies today. I was in a hurry and ran past his smiling face. His quick knowledge of exactly where I could locate ALL my items saved me time. What a pleasant experience!!

Went for 2 items hours 3 hours before close. They had most isles closed off. Could not get either item we drove to the store for.

Poor service would be too nice. A bunch of disengaged, employees who have no problem telling customers their problems of why they can’t help me. Simple solution, empower your associates…the one manager in tools with magnet key leaves me standing for 30 minutes. Self check only has two working self checkout and not one cashier in the building! Come on

Steve was amazing, helped me get a Countertop a couple of days ago, with the forklift even though battery was dead he went quickly to get another one , you can tell he likes his job , always willing to help the customer.
