There’s a cashier at this store who is female who made a judgmental joke saying that “the only guy I’ll get is a short dark skinned very African looking guy like the one who said “hi” to me in the store” I told her “she’s wrong” Then she said “ you couldn’t get this tall light skinned guy right here” I told her “no I’m about to be on disability and he just said he likes girls who buy a lot in a store”. I left her with food for thought by saying “I’m with my boyfriend because he’s humble enough to accept me anyway and if I got a light skinned tall guy just like him that’s the only way I’d date someone light skinned plus taller but of course I’ll never need any other man because my boyfriend loves me.” Please tell your employees not to judge women and men shopping at the store.

Used the online locker pick up for the 1st time. I ordered 3 BOXES of tile. They gave me 3 single tiles. So the concept of a quick in and out was ruined.

We purchased a dishwasher, a microwave, and a cooktop from The Home Depot; this May of 2025. The entire process went smoothly with each item from purchase, to appt setting, to delivery and installation; The customer service with this company is unmatched.

Char is great! She helped me find a battery operated fan that was on promotion and a portable AC after hurricane Beryl knocked out power to most of the Houston area. The store was running on a generator, very busy and well stocked for the things we were looking for.

Morning crew for rentals are excellent. However, customer service training needs to be done with evening crew. Older man took an extra long time with customer. This was his only customer when I came in, and then a line began to form. He didn't seem to care. Never acknowledging that I was there waiting. He was very hostile once it was my turn. I guess only certain customers deserve respect.

The Home Depot tool rental is managed poorly. If you book online the odds of getting what they confirm is 1 in 4.
I booked a trencher at the Spring Cypress the day before. I paid the deposit and was sent a conformation email...the next day I go to pick it up. 2 of the trenchers were there. None of them allocated to me. Both were availble for rent.... Both were received broken and noone tagged them for repair.
I asked for the manager... he was aggressive and rude, yelling at me for me pointing out his organizations mistakes. He asked me If I wanted him to pull the trencher out of his a$$.
I then requested to speak to his manager Salam who sided with employee and told me there was nothing he could do. Horrible customer service.
I left mad and returned over $300 worth of HD mechandise that I had purchased before attempting the pickup of the trencher.
I contacted my customer and told them I would attempt to rent the trencher from another Home Depot. I made another reservation with the Eldridge location that evening.. Called in the morning, telling him about the trencher reservation and asked If I could pick it up earlier than appointed time. He said sure. I arrived and to my amazement they didn't have the trencher. They said you can have a bigger one for the same price, but I had to rent a 60 dollar a day trailer due to the large size, which the total was double my original rental price.
So strike 2.
The 290 store shows online it has 3 of the trenchers availble. I had the HD employee call to confirm and guess what... The HD Mangum 290 store does not have any available.
Strike 3 your out.
If I were you I would look elsehwere for your tool rental.

I order online a AC window adapter, this store was showing the ítem available and ready to pick up within two hours then they notified me the purchase cancellation because the item wasn’t available. A poor inventory system.

Horrible communication between the sales associate and management , this store is a mess , no bar codes , no pricing information. It seems they are doing customers a favor to do buisness .

It's 2024, and Home depot still doesn't have tap pay, how many more years you all need before you get out of the stone age?
People spend alot of time to fill their baskets, last thing they wanna here is that such a major entity like HD is one of the 1% that doesn't offer tap pay!
