Went to get my my taxes done. They lied about getting money back to get me to sign up for a card. The lady that did my taxes was supposedly a “tax expert”… i still haven’t gotten my taxes but I received a letter from the IRS saying something wasn’t quite right. STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. They are liars and don’t know what they’re doing.

This was the worst experience I've had with H&R. They over charged me, and locked my account twice. The employee did not seem knowledgeable and after requesting to cancel my taxes they insisted I file them there but I had problem after problem.
