Took more than half my return of over $1,000. Did NOT explain prices until AFTER they completed the paperwork and then the district manager reached out to me via email stating she wanted to discuss my poor opinion of the facility and said she would be calling me this past week. never heard a word from her since. I do NOT recommend them. Any other place but this h and r block. Prices are absurd and communication is extremely poor.

I have used HnR Block for 8 years and after this last time, I will never use them again. They estimated in December that I would get over $4,000 back, and approved me a loan for $1000 to come out of the return. I went back in last weekend and my return was $270.... Now I owe $1250 to the bank at 35% interest bc, someone can't do their job properly. I can get a loan at 7%. I feel like I was tricked into this. They sent me an email today to try and sign my friends up for $20 each. I wouldn't send an enemy to them.

Min at the Barker Cypress location was extremely helpful. I walked in on the 17th next to the last day and she had an appointment in 20 minutes but she knew I was stressed and was willing to take me in prior to her next appointment. She helped us so much and we are paying the IRS but if I have to pay them I will always work with H&R block and Min. Very pleasant experience under these conditions.

These people do not know what they are doing. If you have anything more than a simple tax return go somewhere else. I brought them my and my wife w2 as well as business expenses for my LLC. The lady Jia, had no idea what she was doing. She kept asking me for documents that she didn’t need. She didn’t understand that my business was an LLC that I got reinstated 2 years ago even though I filed with HR Block last year. She completely wasted my time. I took it to a different HR block and it was no problem. Amateur hour. Don’t waste your time.

SERVICES WAS GREAT!!! MR. DARRYL TURNER EXPLAINED EVERYTHING IN SMALL AND LARGE DETAIL ABOUT MY TAXES. LAST YEAR I WENT TO ANOTHE AGENCY, THEY DID NOT EXPLAIN MY SITUATION LIKE MY REP, LIKE MR. TURNER. AND MOST OF ALL HE GOT ME BACK SO MUCH MORE THAN I GOT BACK ON LAST YEAR. HOW MY TAXES WAS DONE LAST YEAR THE IRS TORCHED ME, SO VERY MUCH. TOOK SO MUCH OF MY MONEY. THINGS MR. DARRYL DID NO OTHER REP DID FOR ME LAST YEAR. SO I KNO THERE IS A GOD WHO'S WORKING FOR THE POOR AND NEEDY. OT WAS NOTHING BUT JESUS WHO GUIDED ME TO HR& BLOCK. IF YOU HAVE HAD TAX PROBLEMS LAST YEAR, AND IN THE PAST, GIVE THE PROS AT HR & BLOCK A CHANCE, TRUST ME YOU WILL BE ? WITH JOY ON YOUR FACE.
