I would leave a zero star if that were possible. The outlet sold me a shirt that fell apart after 2 months and will not accept an exchange. If you won't stand behind the quality of a product you should not be selling it. Poor customer service.

I normally get great service coming to a j crew store but was disappointed with the level of service I received today.
There was a large black female that did not greet me or my family as we walked in. I observed her as she greeted other black families as they walked in. We made a large purchase and walked out with two large bags and she did not greet us on our way out the door either. As a gold rewards member, this was very disappointing to say the least.

I visited the J.Crew store today and unfortunately had a disappointing experience. The store manager, Donal, was unexpectedly rude and unhelpful throughout my visit. I asked for assistance with sizing and product details, but he seemed disinterested and dismissive. His attitude made the shopping experience uncomfortable and far from the level of customer service I’ve come to expect from J.Crew. I hope this feedback helps improve staff training and overall service for future customers.

This place is FULL of great and knowledgeable people! Every time I go in there I’m treated like a friend, not a chore. I got one of my favorite shirts from there. Shout out to Donald, Amanda, Giselle, and Kori. You guys rock!! Thanks again!!

Just left and had the best experience with a lady named Chantel. She was so very sweet, professional, funny, and made me feel very comfortable when I’m searching for a funeral outfit. She deserves a raise!!

For me personally this was a bust. Despite having extended sizes online, there were only XL and smaller available in person.

At my most recent visit, the customer service was not extended in the form of a greeting or an offer to help me find anything despite being in the immediate proximity to the worker. Disappointing!
