It cost me $224 and it took me 2 1/2 hours. I had three things, Social Security, a bank statement and a winning from Louisiana. It should not have taken that length of time to complete my income tax. I will not be referring Jackson Hewitt to anybody

We were the first appointment of the day. The employee working there, Marie, was pleasant but SLOW. It seemed like she hadn’t done this very often, and we were filing with no itemization at all. When we were finally finished, the Clover payment processing system wasn’t working. It took about 30 minutes of her calling back and forth for help until they finally took payment over the phone. There was another 20 minutes of unnecessary conversation. The whole process took almost 2 hours for a simple tax return. We won’t be back!

I called March 10th to set an appointment for 6pm on the 11th. Then when I called to ask where the representative was. I get told they are closed. Which is some BS.

Jackson Hewitt has always been friendly, helpful, and professional, every single year. The manager at the Tomball, TX location stayed open from me after closing time just because! She didn’t need to do that but she choose to do so. What a blessing she was! I used Turbo Tax 1 year for $25, but would rather pay Jackson Hewitt, just for peace of mind in knowing my taxes were processed correctly . You take all of the stress and worry off my plate. Thank you so much!!

Victoria gave me wonderful tax services. I do my own taxes but with a death in the family I needed outside help. Very knowledgeable and the process was very smooth and stress free. Would do business again 10/10
