I went into the store today to pick up my jewelry and had the best experience! Genesis helped me! She seriously had the best customer service! She saw the I liked hearts and showed me the new heart ring! She also showed me the stackable rings that would go with my new earrings! Her patience was extraordinary! Service is great and the ladies are really nice, but DO NOT take your charms here to get them added to your bracelets. Idk who is responsible for doing it here, but they continuously do not listen and I have had to take my bracelet elsewhere to get positions fixed.

Took my Mom in to get her ring removed. Her arthritis wouldn't allow the ring to pass. There wasn't a jeweler on-site, but several ladies were very helpful and suggested we go to the local fire station for assistance, which we did.

If you have been to a James Avery store, you know why I gave it a five star rating. If you have never visited a James Avery store, you are in for a surprise. The jewelry is incredible, well made, beautiful, always in stock and very reasonably priced. The personnel are phenomenal and they treat you like royalty. Go visit James Avery and have fun.

Update (12/2/24): I went in to pick up a ring that was special ordered and Tronique helped me. She was also very genuine, sweet and kind. Great job on the hires, all of your employees are so helpful and seem genuinely happy in their jobs.
(Nov 2024): I went into the store to buy a gift and ended up spending almost $3k because I LOVE THEIR JEWELRY!!!!
Val met me at the door and was so sweet and helpful! Then Amber answered some questions I had about some gift ideas for a very special occasion.
Then Anisa saw me looking at the beautiful citrine set in gold and I bought the necklace, earrings and the matching ring! And I couldn’t decide on the necklace width and length and switched it out a bunch of times. I even purchased everything and went to my car, changed my mind and had her exchange it for a shorter one. She was so patient and sweet!!
