Worst service ever!! I cant believe that ppl come here from far, and the personal is never working, i arrive at 4:05 and they leave a post it i come at 4:10, i went to other stores and come back for this!! Be professional or better close the store

I love these kid clothes so much!! I haven't bought any in a couple of years cause we stocked up for my oldest son. We went today and the lady was so helpful with helping us find exactly what we needed for our boys.

My family went into Janie and Jack in Cypress about a month ago to look for clothes for holiday photos. The store was very busy and the 2 employees were running around trying to help everyone. After apologizing for the wait, the Asian lady helped us find a great look for our entire family. All the while, I watched customers interrupting her as she was trying to help us. She tried to juggle all of us customers patiently even when customers were rude to her. I know that retail has been extremely challenging and I was impressed with how she was able juggle everyone and give such good service.

Bad customer service. I bought dresses for 2 different girls so I asked the Asian lady if I could have them in 2 separate bags. She refused and put them all in one big bag.

Customer service there is very very BAD!The asian looking tall lady and other lady with red hair was very rude and not helpful at all.I took some clothes and asked them to tell me the total price before I decide which ones to take.She said just look at price tags and calculate.So why is she there?!Just to walk around and being rude with customers?!I hope not seeing the asian looking lady at customer service who was extremely rude and incompetent next time!

Clothes are nice, expensive, but nice. Earning one star because their customer service is terrible and they don't tell you when you check out that they're not accepting returns. Wouldn't buy from this location again.
