Update:
I received a call from their District Manager who was sympathetic towards the service and experience I had. As a courtesy and to make it right, she offered a free oil change which I thought was a very nice gesture. I came back to do the oil change and was done in less than 25 mins. They were quick and courteous. This experience prompted me to change my original review from 1 star to 5 stars. I always appreciate a manager that picks up the slack of some employees and provides exceptional service.
Original Review:
Unfortunately I didn’t have a good experience like the rest. I came for a state inspection. I have never been to a state inspection place where they would not tell me in advance that it will fail. Normally in other places they would plug in an OBD Scanner tool and tell me that if the car would fail an inspection. It literally takes less than a minute to do that. Not in this case. They did the full inspection, charged the money and then let me know after I paid that it failed the inspection since the monitors were not ready in the car. I had some repairs done and the mechanic reset the monitors. I didn’t know I had to drive certain number of miles to be able to go through a drive cycle. They told me to come back within 15 days for a free inspection. When I got there on the last day, they said they don’t take state inspections after 6 PM. They said you can come back tomorrow morning and we will take you in and hopefully won’t charge you. So I went back for the 3rd time and sure enough they refused to do it for free. Told me that I didn’t make it within the 15 days period even though I came back on the 15th day and they didn’t want to do the state inspection the day before. This is really a deceptive business tactic. You guys will not get my business in the future and I do not recommend a place like this who only takes money from customers and not provide service.

Awesome customer service!! Brought my daughter to get her car emissions test for the first time and it was an exceptionally experience for us both. Kayle (maybe I botched her name lol but it starts with a K made sure the price was great! The gentleman that took the car in i did not get his name but for it being my daughters first time there and in general doing this service he was extremely polite and courteous. I'll be coming next month for my vehicles emissions test aswell, extremely HAPPY.
