Bradley was our attendant. I say that because he anticipated our needs, make great suggestions, tried to find elsewhere what was out of stock in store. He even found us after we left to return my umbrella! Bradley is exceptional! Your shoes are cool, too.

Had a previous bad experience at baybrook mall call them today in the morning let them know what I was looking for and the lady said she had it and hold it for me thank you for giving me the best customer service once again thank you will definitely come back to this location

I was in town visiting family a few weeks ago and stopped in. Keyanna was working with us and she was delightful. She had such a great energy not pushy and talked me into the vans I didn't know I needed until I needed them. Great store, with fun people! Got to give a shout out to Bradley too. He was also very kind and patient with the whole family in the store.

Customer service here is top notch. I had family come from out of the country and they don’t speak English, but Bradley was very helpful. He could speak Spanish to my relatives and helped them with whatever they needed. My aunt had a tough time finding a smaller size shoe for her when wanting to buy some hey dudes, but Bradley went above and beyond to find the right shoe and size for her. We ended up buying 6 pairs

I took my Granddaughter there looking for Converse shoes. We were greeted by a very nice employee, Bryce. He helped my granddaughter find the exact shoes in the perfect size. Also showed her a matching shirt and socks.Excellent customer service !Thank you Bryce!

Went looking for some white shoes this weekend and found this pair at a great price. Bryce helped me out and he's great! He held these shoes while I shopped elsewhere. Whenever I came back not only did I get these shoes but ended up getting another pair as well. Bryce was super nice, patient and helpful! Loved it.

Things was going great until it was time to check out standing in line and these ladies came in line behind me and a male associate came and asked them if they was ready to checkout like do you not see me and I am hard to miss being I am over 6 feet and then he told me he didn't see me I am the tallest person in your store how ??

WOW. The customer service in this location is amazing. My husband and I came in and were greeted by a young man and a young woman who went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable however still gave us the space we needed to try on different shoes. Will definitely come back strictly because of the service we received!
