I called to get a quote and the Lady said she only put information in the system and send it to an Agent then the Agent will get in touch with me. That's CRAZY because when they Agent calls me I'm pretty sure I have to repeat (confirm) everything again so why not just connect me to an agent from the start?

I called for a quote and was very efficiently handled by the agent with whom I spoke with. They took their time to explain things on my level and as a result, I will continue to use Nationwide as well as refer them to my family and friends in the future.

I was in the process of seeking out different quotes to compare and every time I called, I believe their receptionist Bri, would answer immediately and was very diligent in making sure I was connected to the right person for all the little questions I asked. I made many calls and every time I did, I was taken care of within minutes. This place is efficient, they truly value the valued time and needs of their customers.

Sonia is always available to talk on the phone with questions I have. She is very good at calling back in a timely manner and responding to emails in a timely manner. I highly recommend her. When my daughter was looking for her own insurance, she started using Sonia because of her great customer service and availability.

Sonia is always super helpful! She takes initiaive to call or contact me when policies are nearing an update. In every instance, she is prepared PRIOR to contacting me by having all my options ready to review. She makes the process of getting insurance so easy & painless! I never have to panic that my questions wont be answered.

We have been working with Kathy Carpenter agency for many many years. Sonia is our main contact and is fantastic! She's always professional but always very personal as well. She is quick to respond and help with our needs. She's answered so many questions as we go back-and-forth with changing addresses, payment options, adding people to the auto policy, etc. She's always had good explanations and answers to whatever questions we put in front of her.

You can always find cheaper insurance somewhere but you can't always find people like Sonia or Kathye who genuinely care about you and are eager to jump to the task of helping you when it counts and you need your policy to do what it actually says it will do. I have had 2 claims since being with them and I felt like it was important to them and they made it as easy as possible for me to get things taken care. I've never had to call an 800 number to wait days for someone to call me back like some other insurance companies do when you need them to do their job. I would recommend Sonia and Kathye to anyone.
