Staff was extremely polite and helpful - Jamie was the sales associate that helped me and she gave me the best advice , the team is very well trained and she was an expert. I purchased a gift for my daughters and she was my guide to 2 happy little girls who thought daddy was a rock star after they saw there necklace and bracelets! THANK YOU JAMIE!!!!

I visited this Kendra Scott location in Towne Lake a couple days ago. I was greeted by a staff member named Jami. She was very friendly and welcoming. Originally I was looking for a piece of jewelry with angel wings and mentioned that to Jami.
She checked around the store and asked a few co-workers, but she came back to confirm they didn’t have anything with angel wings. She offered another suggestion for something they had with a butterfly, but I said the wings were symbolic and the reason I wanted to buy the jewelry. I explained a close friend lost her mother recently and it was a gift for her.
Jami took the lead and started making some great suggestions on other options. She showed me different jewelry with birthstones and I was thrilled at the idea. I ended up finding a very beautiful matching necklace and bracelet that was a perfect fit for my friend. I was extremely touched by the delicate nature of Jami and how well she guided me in making my purchase. The manager Shanel also went ABOVE and BEYOND taking very good care of me. I appreciate these ladies and I definitely won’t forget my experience that day.

Welcoming staff. Fun experience at the color bar. The only complaint was they were out of all the colors and styles I was looking for. That's great for them, they are staying busy.

I just want to thank Maris (I prob spelt it wrong, I’m sorry) was absolutely such a kind soul. Sometimes I forget how awesome and thoughtful people can be. Thank you for EVERYTHING!!!! First time I ever picked up in a store and it'll be the last. I called because the email told me to call past a 24 hr period. Employee that I spoke to got upset that I called 27 hrs into my order ? I told her I never did a store pick up so sorry for asking. Then when I get there, maybe because I had scrubs on, maybe something else but it felt.. not the R word.. but biased. I walked in with another gentleman who came right after me.. he was helped immediately while I stood at the register waiting for help. By the time I got help and my items.. I opted for a gift wrapping on my purchases and the employee just handed me my items in a bag with the material to do it myself.I like the brand.. but treating customers nicely can go a long way. So I won't be going back there again.

Ashley was seriously SO HELPFUL the last time my girlfriend and I were there! We had a couple of pieces that were broken that needed replacing as well as single earrings needing a new pair and she patiently and kindly helped us sort out what was needed for each piece one by one. Even when the store suddenly got very busy, she maintained the same level of kindness and attentiveness like we were the only people in the store. She was very knowledgeable of sales and promotions and helped us get a great deal on all of our pieces. Thank you, Ashley, for everything!!

Placed an order with 2 day shipping. After 6 days, I don’t even have a tracking number. Nor have they answered any communication regarding my order. Extremely disappointed with my first experience with this company.

I have been shopping at the Towne Lake Kendra Scott store since it first opened and have always had a good experience with their customer service until today. I walked in with a return. I did not have my receipt however I knew they can look up my purchase history. I was greeted by one girl with a smile but as soon as I told her I had a return her demeanor changed. Before I could speak, the girl was quick to tell me need proof of purchase to return and sale items are final. I told her I know you can look up my purchase history. Never had any issues in past. Long story short, they found my proof of purchase and issued a gift card. The girl gave me a dirty look as she handed me my gift card and said nothing to me. Last time I shop at this location.

I love the location and the variety at this store. All of the sales associates are very friendly and eager to help. One sales associate in particular was so helpful when I was purchasing several teacher gifts in May. She was able to help me find exactly what I was looking for and put together a few custom options for me as well at the color bar. I had about 7 or so gifts and she even took the time to gift wrap and label them for me. My best experience at KS, thank you Jaime B!!!

The nicest people! They were so helpful and nice I was in there probably over half a hour picking out my locket necklace and helped me choose and figure everything out! Best customer service I will be going here every time I need Jewlery!

Maris goes above and beyond in the customer service department. I called this morning and she walked me through my color bar options without having to come in the store. She sent me pics of side by side so that I could make the right decision between two colors. She made the whole process super simple and easy and was so friendly. When shopping at this location, you will be so lucky if you get to work with her!!
