We had the best time at a Color Bar party last night! Shanel is amazing! She designed the most beautiful earrings for my friend after she showed her a picture of a formal dress she is wearing to a wedding. Truly talented!

i work next door, and the employees at kendta scort are always sooo nice!! i needed an affordable, but cute gift and maryce (not sure how its spelled 😅) was super friendly and helped me out. she helped me look at stones and i was able to get a beautiful bracelet within my budget, thanks to her!! they also wrapped up the gift for me. super nice and helpful employees 🥳🥳

Always great service and selection, beautiful designs and displays. On a recent visit, my guests and I had a blast at a Galentine's Colorbar party, and Hannah was the most joyful, warm, and helpful host! This was the first time for several of my guests at Kendra Scott, it was so satisfying to create bespoke pieces and the selection of stones was dazzling. Hannah went above and beyond to make sure we were taken cared of, including refreshments, suggesting unique designs, and a smooth checkout. You can tell she really enjoys helping people find something special. I highly recommend this location and team for an enjoyable and memorable shopping experience!

I went into the Barker Cypress location today to find a birthday gift and Taylor made me feel so welcome at the store. She went and found the perfect gift for me. Her customer service was amazing from the time I walked into the store. She is awesome and I will return soon just for her to help me out.

I enjoyed my visit at KS. I was greeted by the greatest young lady Emma P. at the door. She helped me pick out the gifts i needed. Great attitude, funny and not one but shy. She even wrapped my gifts very nicely so I don’t have to do it. 5 stars for her and requires a raise. Businesses should lose people like her. Great job Emma P. Thank you.

My mom and I walked in to the Towne Lake location looking for earrings for my 3 girls and when we were finally greeted, we asked what material the earrings were made of, my girls have sensitive ears and can't use fashion jewelry. She pointed us to the silver and gold earrings and when we found some we were interested in we asked for the price because none of them had prices. She told us she would check on the price but someone else walked in and she immediately asked them if they needed help looking for anything. They had a whole conversation about a bracelet the woman was trying to find something for and the saleslady said she would go to the back and see if they had what she needed. The saleslady actually walked to the back and left us standing there. My mom and I immediately walked out. I will never come back to this store again. We ended up going to Kay Jewelers and bought their gifts there.

Staff was extremely polite and helpful - Jamie was the sales associate that helped me and she gave me the best advice , the team is very well trained and she was an expert. I purchased a gift for my daughters and she was my guide to 2 happy little girls who thought daddy was a rock star after they saw there necklace and bracelets! THANK YOU JAMIE!!!!
