Wanted to give a shout out to .... Khalil! Nice young man... helped me on the isle and to my car with the heavy stuff ... he tied and loaded my groceries, so they wouldn't slid out when I opened my truck door.... Was friendly and smiling the whole time! Love this customer service! Kroger Towne Lakes is always clean and well stocked... staff always smiling and willing to help... I like you can pick up household items too!

I always receive above and beyond customer service from Yesi and Trey at my local Starbucks in this Kroger. I just moved here a few months ago and I'm a daily Starbucks drinker and easily make friends with my local barristas. I have to say when ever Yesi is not there, you feel it! She brightens my mornings and my drink is always ready and made correctly. I have received poor and outright rude customer service from other barristas at this location and have reported it to Yesi. Since then, I feel the overall customer service has greatly improved! It's so wonderful to see a company that supports Hispanic women in management! Go Kroger and thank Yesi for everything you do, you rock

Worst place to go for flowers! Ruined my wedding flowers! Added stuff to my order. My color was blue! Florist added pink!! Tried to contact someone.. managers and home office ignore me. Don't use this place for your wedding or anything else. The lady even wrote down the wrong date. Total unacceptable

This was an unpleasant experience. No Baggers very few Checkers they want you to do everything by yourself and make it very difficult. The people working there don't seem to be happy or care.

This store is the worst store in a already low standard. The veggies always have fungus, the breads always have mold, I bought shrimp for the Super Bowl and two of my guest got sick instantly. The shrimp was old. Each issue has been brought to management but quality of the store never improves.

I will never shop at any Kroger's again after the experience I had with this location! The click list employees don't care and don't even know what they are doing or what is going on! They literally brought out my groceries...walked around with them and left them in front of my car and start bringing out other orders. Finally after a 30 minute wait after he done spoke to me 15 mins in and told me they were waiting on a few more items... I asked him how much longer?! He said isn't your name so and so, I said yes. He said these are your groceries. Mind you it's the same one that have been just sitting outside for the past 15 mins. I told him to just cancel my order and he literally just walked away. Great customer service! Your people truly care about the customers...what a joke! HEB will have my business from here on out and I will be sure to tell my neighbors, basically my whole extended family since we all live in the neighborhood! Anyone that will listen!

Bakery department. I had a very nice and helpful young lady in the bakery department write a simple happy "b i r t h d a y" message on a pre made cake. Written on the cake was: "Happy Biday!" I felt bad for her so I didn't say anything. I took it as is only because the humor of it is perfect for the recipient of this cake. Either way I am not mad, however I am very disappointed.

I gave this store 1 Star because it is always clean and the checkers are so friendly. However, you would think that with the size of this store and the demographics of the surrounding area, this store would be better stocked. This isn't just because of the current health crisis. Yes, this is a difficult time period but I recently visited the Kroger Marketplace near Fairfield on Highway 290 and their shelves are fully stocked. The store in Towne Lake still has empty shelves, no toilet paper, no paper towels, no cleaning products, no hand soap, no hand sanitizer, the list goes on. Why?

Just visited this kroger, and I will not be returning. On my way out i counted SIX (6) employees with their mask either completely off, or not covering the mouth and nose. The employees also seemed to be goofing off, and playing around on shopping carts. During the COVID-19 pandemic this is NOT okay, and it is very clear that this location does not care about the safety of themselves, nor others. I do not reccomended anyone who is worried about catching this virus to shop here.

Just went into this "Barker Cypress" location and used the self check out. The keypad that you use for paying wasn't registering my alternate ID, so I asked the lady Sharon who was working that area for assistance. She immediately came over with an attitude!! I let her know that I've been using the same alternate ID for years and I made 3 attempts before seeking assistance. She made a remark as if I was lieing and didn't know what I was doing. So I told her never mind and she walked away. Once I made my purchase, I told her she might need to go home and that I was reporting her behavior. (Verbatim) She said I am going home at 2 o'clock so what, and that she hope I call the news people too! That's when I took my phone out and took her picture, which you can see her posing nonchalantly, with the I don't give a hell about my job smirk. I'm offended of such conduct and she needs to be reprimanded!!

After coming from the Kroger's at West & Hwy 6 (awful, filthy, small store, at an awful location), I thought this store was the most beautiful thing I'd ever seen. Over the past year though, I have started noticing less variety (they stuff the shelves with Kroger brand and very little name brands), poor quality control: moldy bread, and moldy fruit/vegetables, frozen food always freezer-burnt, or barely frozen. Not nearly as good sales on fresh meat/seafood, and not keeping sale items stocked. The kicker for me though, was the way I was treated at their pharmacy. I had been using their pharmacy for a little over a year, and more often than not, it would take quite a while for them to fill a Rx, regardless of whether it was new or a refill. My doctor called in a refill for me, on a medication I have been taking for years - a very common medication. He called in several medications that day, so when I went to pick them up, I was told they wouldn't have that one particular medication for another 3 days, which coincidentally was when I would run out of the meds, so I asked them to make sure it would be in by that date, as I would be out after that day, and they assured me it would be. So I go in on the day it is supposed to be ready, and they tell me it will be one more day...OK, I can handle that...but the very next day, I get an email saying it will be ready in 6 days. 6...days...what medication takes that long to get? Remember they have already told me it is on order 4 days prior to this email, making it a total of 10 days since it was ordered. Since it is a "regulated" medicine, they supposedly cannot give me a few pills to get by, without me forfeiting the rest of the pills prescribed. No one offered to see if another Kroger pharmacy could send them the medication, no one apologized, no one cared. And that seems to be the entire problem with this store - no one cares, from the top to the bottom. They have lost my business, pharmacy-wise, and they are getting very close to losing my business altogether, if they don't get their act together. How about trying a little less to look like a Walmart, and a little more like a Kroger Marketplace? I hope the manager, or the powers that be at Kroger, read these reviews, and realize they don't hold the market anymore - Awe have lots of other places to shop, and you could find your store an empty husk if you don't correct the path you're on.

This is probably going to be the last time I will shop at Kroger. Several times, I have noticed expired yogurt and other food items. Nobody seems helpful or polite at either local locations. I actually felt intimidated by a very rude cashier and the manager did absolutely nothing about the incident. The self check employee seemed annoyed when she needed to come over. And the florist lady said she didn't want to mop the floor so use a cover for the bouquet. A couple of days ago I went to do some groceries, and yesterday when my daughter was drinking her iced tea she noticed that it was expired. I am so upset. The date was April 2019! Seriously?! I am done. Giving my business and money to HEB and others who always respect their customers and stock and support local businesses that aren't expired. Kroger could learn something from them.

Lots of organic products. Lots of check-outs open without a long wait. Lots of options for food selection. Lots of personable employees to assist us. My fave store to shop.
