Please, a pleasant, friendly voice taking my preb order would be sooo nice. The person sounded like they were having a horrible day. The following doesn't seem right! I tried to order a preb today(Saturday)online, but it won't be ready for pick up till Wednesday, Feb 14????? Yet, I call and it will be ready this afternoon.

1st car in drive-thru just before they opened today, Sun, 1/7. Read this staff is so nice but not what I experienced. Curtain pulled open late, no apology just ‘we’ll be with you shortly’, to which I smiled and said genuinely ‘no worries’. Next person no tardiness apology either but a scowl as they waited on me. Was my quiet, patient presence there before they opened offensive?Asked if I had questions, at first I said no but quickly added the question if instructions were on the RX bottle. Despite I could hear her stapling the receipt to the bag indicating she might be able to hear me, no response was given.

Wonderful caring staff every time we need them, and they are so patient and kind with my senior mom who’s English is her second language. Thank you to you all.

Haven't shopped this store for several years. Yesterday my daughter and I were in the area running errands and decided to stop in for a few items. OMG it's like walking into 1973. This store is so old and dingy. It felt dark and needs a major makeover. It's 2023 Kroger get with it. The aisles are narrow and shelves tall. Felt like I was walking through a tunnel. The prices are high! I priced a few items they are $1-2 higher than my favorite store. Also, most prices are not marked and if they are marked they are only for reward card holders. So I really didn't know what the regular prices were. Didn't have the few things we wanted but did have a different flavor of our favorite tea brand so we decided to try. Walking around on a Saturday afternoon here was strangely empty with only 1 checkout open. I refuse to use self checkouts, too annoying for many reasons. The cashier actually laughed at us twice for only buying 1 item. Told her that they didn't have the items we needed. With a very condescending tone she said "ohhh I'm so sorry we didn't have what you wanted". I replied that's ok I'll continue to shop HEB my favorite store. Then AGAIN a condescending tone "yes our competition". I could not believe her attitude and just confirmed that I will never shop this store ever. It's no wonder why they have no customers.

Terrible location too many issues to count! There are too few checkout open, so I forced to scan multiple items at self check, including difficult to check out produce. I bought a kureg Coffee maker because the price was decent, only to get it home and find out it was a USED! 3 year old model with mold. I returned it only to see it back on the shelf for $19 more than I paid. Comming up on a year after the return it still sits on the shelf, however it's now $29 more. Inflation is real! It's still on the self as of today, go check it out! Last straw with this store bought their fried chicken from the deli, it was dryer than beef jerky and just trashed. Prices hear a terrible too compared to HEB.

Well I have been coming here now for a few months now this is probably the cleanest and nicest employees at a Kroger in the cypress area . I recommend going here if you live in the cypress area

My family ran out of dog food last minute so I ran in to grab some right before close. They only had the 30 pound bags, which is fine, but it's heavy for me. The issue is not one staff member offered to help or even looked at me as I struggled to carry the bag to the self check out as that was all that they had open. I was clearly struggling, could not lift the bag to scan it, etc. I couldnt find staff so I had to call my Brother to come help me check out because staff wouldn't help me.

The store is well stocked and has all of your necessities, plus a pretty nice selection of specialty cheeses in the deli area. The store may not be as nice as nearby H‑E‑B, but it certainly is convenient and easy to get in and out of.

If you like gnats and flies flying around your produce this place is for you. The fresh produce like broccoli is often times extremely dirty. The fresh corn and celery often look like they feel off the truck in a bunch of mud and someone picked it up, delivered it to Kroger and they just put it out. The bell peppers are often questionable. I've also purchased spoiled meat, dry pasta with weevils and bag rice with mold. This place is one step from a discount low end grocery store. I prefer to pass this location and go straight to the Kroger in Fairfield. Management at the spring cypress location needs to do a much better job. This location is awful. Oh yes and they need to have someone clean the glass door coolers near the breakfast meats, cheese, lunch meat areas etc. on a regular basis, because the glass is GROSS!!!!!! I always feel like I'm going to touch someone else's buggers, snot, sweat ewe!!!!! I've watched this location struggle with cleanliness for years. Disgusting.
