Pretty decent pharmacy, not that bad. However, today when I visited, the manager and assistant manager were having a bit of a loud discussion about a specific person from a recent event. (Personally, I heard enough to support Mr McCoy's side of the story. I was casually waiting for my refill, and I could easily hear them.) Not that they were having an argument, but they were kinda going back and forth, each person thinking they're in the right and dismissing each other. Mr Chukwuma should listen to his assistant and what he has to say more seriously. Jossie was amazing though! Very friendly, helped me with my prescription needs, and she's very efficient at her job. đ

People treat customers very badly. I asked to speak to someone in Spanish or a manager because I had a problem with a money order. They told me it wasn't possible, that I was nobody.

Why do I get a text saying my prescription is ready for pickup, then get there and itâs not ready for pick up?! Annoying to be asked to wait â10 -15 minsâ after thinking my meds will be ready. This happens every single month I go to pick up my meds!

I have no idea how this pharmacy only has 3 stars! They should definitely have 10 if possible. Victor, and Robert and the rest of the techs there are fantastic. Victor always goes above and beyond with customer service and to make sure that I get all the help that I can get with filling my medication and getting all the information I need on my medicine. With technology today sometimes prescriptions donât come through. He makes sure to call the dr offices Call some of the Krogerâs pharmacy that my medicine gets sent to Accidentally fix errors that are done from doctors offices. Iâve never had a pharmacy be so efficient. They all go above and beyond their jobs and their pays. It is a breath of fresh air. At times doctors offices send my medication to Walgreens or CVS because theyâre 24 hours and I asked them to redirect to Kroger Pharmacy because of Victor, Robert and the rest of the staff here. I wouldnât want anyone else handling my meds. If Victor or Robert were Doctors I would want to be under their care. Because of how empathetic and knowledgeable they are, And because they care so much about me. I appreciate yâall and I am so grateful that you are here. Kroger should take the time to really acknowledge this, Crew has most of the times The people who come here are not too nice to them. Most people donât take the time to leave Nice reviews. They only leave complaints. I feel like it is my duty, and I owe it to them to recognize them. They are truly the best. Team I really appreciate you and everything that you all do. Thank you! I sent my sons to fill up our 5 gallon water bottle and was a big problem. The young lady who was working didn't know her job. Please train the people who work at the store. Something so simple shouldn't be complicated. Know where the tickets are so the water can be paid for. It's really sad, we spent money at this location weekly.

I felt it was deeply important to leave a review after seeing all the negative unnecessary reviews about the staff at this pharmacy. I have been going here for the past 6 years they are amazing with communication and have always helped me with all my scripts. Never have I ever had a problem with JocelynVictor, Robert Or Yorking. They have been nothing more than helpful, friendly, polite, professional and a complete pleasure. They have always been extremely professional they arenât there to be âfriendsâ but I consider this staff family as they make sure I have medicine that I need to be able to live a normal everyday life. I rely on Victor a lot as he is Brilliant and he always answer my questions. I appreciate you guys and everything youâve done for me over the years. Thank you! Mrs V

The management at Kroger needs to stock the shelves and hire checkers. If I had been just a bit madder, they would have been putting a buggy FULL of food back on the shelf. I think I need to remember there is an HEB in the area. 2 days into a sale advertisement, and the shelves are picked clean. This shows that the management is substandard.

Its pretty in and out with that cash self check out. We went in for some wine and beer for a super bowl gathering. The aisles were kept neat/clean and easy to find what you're looking for.

The pharmacist Victor is rude and doesnât want to help people. Youâre in the wrong field then. Basically he called me a liar about my prescription being a workmanâs comp claim even though I had a paper stating WC big as daywith restrictions stating take your meds. It was for ibuprofen. Hello, I can take 4 at the house to equal what was prescribed not like it was something special. Then heâs going to say the insurance company will deny it. How when I have claim number, group number, and BIN. If he didnât already have the prescription, I would have gone somewhere else. No worries though, thanks to Victor Iâll pick up this prescription and then will NEVER use a Kroger pharmacy again. Shame Kroger pharmacy is fantastic in other states. Victor needs to take classes on customer service. Horrible service and employees.

What is the purpose of Kroger having the SAME closing time at ALL locations if THIS one has their security closing 10 - 15 minutes before 11pm?? I was about to walk in and the lady told me they were closed I said that's not the closing time online she said that they had to close to make sure other people inside were done by 11pm...I said my time of the month came and she let me in but honestly if the STORE POLICY HAS A CERTAIN HOUR OF CLOSING THAT SHOULD BE HONORED!! When I walked in I saw people still shopping and relaxing so I don't understand what type of management is allowing security to stop people from entering 10-15 minutes before 11pm.. the people inside won't shop quicker. Hopefully I was the last person encountering that issue. I can get if it was 10:59 but it was literally 12 mins before closing.. & honestly just felt petty cus someone else walked in after me, so she was really discriminating cus you stopped me let me in and as I walk in, you don't tell the ppl after me a thing..... hmm

7.14.22 I came to this location only because the Kroger on Barker Cypress was out of the chocolate cake I was wanting. This location has been here for a long long time. It could use an update. The store was well stocked and organized. They did have the cake I was looking for; for my anniversary and it was really good!
