I would put 0 stars if I could, the black girl with blonde dirty braids in customer service was very rude and couldn’t even say hi when I came up to say hello to her to pay my rent. I didn’t have my social security card with me this day and I NEVER have it and been paying my rent here for years, she said it’s required and the Asian guy manager was very rude as well. If I have been doing something for 4 years straight not sure why it’s all of a sudden a problem. Definitely won’t be coming here anymore. No wonder it’s always empty.

They lady Christi or Christian (I can’t remember the name but it sounded like Christian) was so nice. Helped me on the phone about online order was extremely helpful and professional and kind had a great bedside manner will be back just because of her, get this girl a raise ~allie (handpicked my order for me I believe above and beyond the job title 🤘🏻🤘🏻🤘🏻

I went to shop at this location. It was 10:45pm but the doors were closed. The sign says they close at 11:00pm.
This is not the first time they close early. The night crew is very rude. I drove to HEB on Spring Cypress and they were still open. I was able to shop with better customer service.
HEB just gained a customer.

Garbage store and management. There's absolutely no reason to shop here. Shop at HEB that's right across the street on Grant. HEB actually cares about you and has better products unlike Kroger.

The tall guy with the glasses that works in customer service is extremely rude! Every interaction I’ve ever had with him, he acts like I’m bothering him by simply getting in line to ask a question or if I had an issue with curbside. No costumer service! Shop less & less at this location.

WATCH OUT EVERYONE. I was charged for a fuel service I never added on the pump. Went inside basically told there’s nothing they can do about it. The manager never wanted to come out the employee had to walk across the store and back. I will never use Kroger for gas or grocery again.

I placed a cake order for my son’s birthday cake a few days before the party, giving plenty of time to get it done. Due to the color of icing the cake I ordered came with dinosaurs on it, but he wanted monster trucks. So we took the dinosaurs off and added our own cake toppers. The cake my husband picked up did not look like what I ordered - see pictures. The cake was supposed to be marble but came one layer vanilla, one layer chocolate, one layer vanilla. I’m disappointed because the cake did not look the same and it wasn’t marbled. Fortunately, the cake still tasted good. I would just be careful ordering from here.

Just had to leave the store and $150 at the checkout because I didn't have my phone to take advantage of a $2 digital coupon. The checker appeared to be happy that she could not give me the discount because I did not have my phone with me. Spoke with a manager with the hoop earrings and he said that they've been cracking down on him and he was not allowed to do that either. So, they just lost $150 over a $2 digital coupon. I let them know that I would be taking my business to HEB. I have a membership number and you shouldn't have to do additional things to save money while you're in the store, especially if it's carrying your phone. Bottom line, I used to spend about $1,000 here a month. I also worked here in high school back in the '90s and the way this place is ran now and the appearance of the workers would never have worked back then.

I dropped in for a loaf of bread and bought 4 additional items I thought were on sale. However, when I got home I checked the receipt and saw I did not receive the $10 savings advertised on the shelves. The fine print on the receipt says you have to join a Kroger club. Bottom line is I was misled and will go to HEB, CVS, Walgreens, Target, or Walmart but never going back to Kroger.
