Im taking the time to share a special thanks to Dee Torres. She kindly walked up to me, in Korgers on Monday 7/14/25 & told me she had something for me. She explained she had my change from a purchase I've made last week & she's been holding on to it for me since then. Im posting this review because the world could use more people like Dee. Thank you

The produce is awful and when you open the door to grab milk in dairy, it smells terrible, like dead rats. I literally got sick from the smell.

According to the cashier they stop selling cigarettes at 10:00, but can still buy beer. Seems like she was just lazy, didn’t want to walk to the cabinet even though she could use the steps

I only go to Kroger for emergencies when I need one item to make with my dinner. I’m an heb shopper because of the issue I experienced with Kroger products. Over the past year I purchase a bag of rice and didn’t realize it had bugs in it and complained. I tried again on 4/9/25 same issue I needed a bag of rice and they had the same bugs. I didn’t notice them until I got home. So if you’re buying rice from Kroger no matter what brand, I got several and they had the same bugs. So ridiculous. Kroger fix the bug problem!!!

My friend had me start going there, because there is a flow to the store layout. It is not the “norm” necessarily but it can fit almost any timeframe or crunch.

I shop here all the time and everytime I checkout laima the cashier is there at the register ,however she's terrible with customers . She never treated me . Always have bad attitude and I never felt welcome at the store . The looks she give is all hate . Always angry . Honestly she has ability to ruin my morning and mood for the rest of the day .plz do something about it .because I will be shopping at this store .

TLDR Be sure to check your receipts with this place!
I’ve had three or four different times in the past few months where I did a pick up order and was charged more than I should’ve been. Twice there should’ve been a free item that I was charged for, and now chicken was supposed to be buy one get one free and I was charged for all of them (instead of ringing it up as 4 packs of chicken with 2 free they charged it as one 8 lb pack). It’s annoying to do a pick up order and then have to go in almost literally every time to get a refund. Certainly makes me wonder how many times I was charged improperly before I noticed.

Gas station ponytail dude w glasses is rude and playing mobile games.
Also I don't know if this has changed recently but I don't like the refrigerated lights turning off around 10pm and being harassed over the intercom so much. I have bad eyesight and it's rude to customers with odd work schedules.

Poor service! We have been there yesterday and i know day before thanksgiving was one of the most busiest day of the year, everyone is tired or maybe had a long day. But being cashier dealing with people, basic greetings like hi or thank you will make a lot of difference with customers. But neither hi nor thank you had been said to us by Atzayana. Actually we said hi and thank you to her but no response. Sad. I will not go in line where she is at ever.

I'm a personal shopper. I work for instacart, favor, etc. Worst store I've been into in a while. Things out of stock and everything that was in stock was expired for the most part. Had to check everything carefully. Please get your stuff together I literally had to take a whole box of one item to the front because it was all expired by over a month. It's a great store but you're ruining it by not doing your job. I will not be shopping here or taking any delivery jobs here until this is fixed. I know you are a busy location but I've been to so many other locations that are also busy but they have their stuff together and I get quality products that I can trust.
