Deceptive Pricing:One item is $15.99 on the shelf but $19.99 at the register. Another item is $5.99 on the shelf but $11.99 at the register.I selected 3 items and 2 were bait and switched. This is a long standing practice at any Kroger in my experience.Watch your ticket closely there. These Kroger “mistakes” cost you a lot of $.

The deli section does not do a good job slicing cheese. I had incomplete slices in my pack and it was sliced thinner then I requested. I was unaware until I got home and had to return to another store to get the item needed. I will not return to this location in the future.

This pharmacy is the worst in the world!!! I can call in my prescription 3 days early and it's still not ready when I go in and pick it up. The drive thru is seldom open and the checkout staff have major attitudes. I loved my Kroger at Jones and West rd. - moving my prescriptions to HEB!!!!

July 28-eve: My husband and I checked out thru self check. Immediately upon coming into the area we were greeted proactively by Matthew. Said he was here and let us know if we needed his assistance. We did need assistance when the grapes were not ringing up correctly. He very quickly and efficiently took care of that and another issue of a glass container that also didn't ring up with the correct price. He was able to multi-task helping us and greeting others also using the self checkout. Kroger management, you have a gem with that employee.

Wife and I go here every weekend. We get there early either Saturday or Sunday morning so we are in and out before it gets crowded. Wife likes to go here because she says she saves more money going to this location. If you are getting canned, frozen foods things of that nature you are pretty safe in going here. If you are looking for seafood, forget it! Sometimes I don't even like walking by the seafood section because it smells so bad. I will not buy seafood here. Produce is hit or miss on quality. They do not have a large selection of different items but if you want basics like broccoli, cauliflower they are fine. Decent selection of fruits. Meats have continually declined over the past year. Beef prices have gone through the roof here just like everywhere but their quality is poor. Pork is about the same way. The only meat I buy from this store now is chicken breast. If it was up to me I would be shopping somewhere else but I go where the sandwich maker tells me to go!

This Kroger ALWAYS has molded fruit/ veggies . Like every time I shop I have to pick through spoiled/ severely molded fruits and veggies just to get home and bite into rotten food .

Management is awesome. Associates not so much. They are mostly playing on their phones, ignoring customers when needing assistance, and rude. Keep the management get new staff..

The fact that store patrons are allowed to walk around the store without properly wearing their face mask. I counted at least 20 men who did not have their noses covered by their face mask

This place was huge, haven't seen a Kroger since my Atlanta days and was and is my favorite. Enjoyed the late stop off of 290. For a minute I forgot Frys was apart of Kroger as I use my Frys card for a discount. Cool beans!!

Not a bad Krogers...We went to Kroger for a few things and one easy to navigate. Was very surprised they had so many cashiers. Not seen that often this past year. The meat section did seem a bit sparse. I found items for $1 to ad tomy "special treat bags" we give the kids on our street. These were pretty great find to add to their bags. Halloween is a favorite holiday. I love that faces of the kids when get a bag with their name on it. This Kroger has nice floral section, as well. Produce fresh. Only negative, they didn't ad the buy 5 gor $5 deal at check or the coupons on my app. If much not been working. I noticed once at the SUV and I didn't go back. I justify it because whole pecans were $1.29 a container is the clearance.section. I wanted them all, but only took 10 for holiday baking. I have no complaints. Pharmacy filled my son's RX is a reasonable amount of time and we were are way.

Ordered for the second week online for pickup at store- substitutions are the real issue. Last week ordered 2 pork loins and Kroger substituted them with 2 1.5lbs of bacon so I then had to go back the store only to find pork loin in stock in the meat case! Also swapped out 4 (4pack) of Kroger green beans for DelMonte but only gave me 4 cans and charged me for the higher price. I ordered the same green beans yesterday and same thing I then called the store and was told that the online manager would call me... still waiting for the call

Well the kids in the store working so joyously there was one man in the parking lot of Kroger picking up all the trash out of the trash cans and putting new bags in all the way to the gas station and back. I am observed him and the way he put so much pride in what he was doing just touched my heart. I went back into the store got him a water And a $20 bill and handed it to the manager to give him. He was an older gentleman working his heart out. God bless him

Kroger has stopped stocking many national brand products with no explanation. Now they are only stocking their own brand. Why?
