SAVE YOURSELF by avoiding going to this location , if possible I would have given zero stars. They are simply rude and pork around with needle for even simple blood test and the bruce take a days to heal. I have taken blood work several times before and I have not seen anything close to like this. These are people who don’t like their job and doing it just for money and it shows it their attitude and work. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND this specific location to any one.

Absolutely unacceptable experience at Labcorp today. I arrived at 4:03 PM, well within their posted hours (open until 4:30 PM), only to be told by the nurse they “don’t do any tests after 4.” If your staff is more interested in clocking out early than doing their job, maybe update your hours to reflect that. This place clearly doesn’t value people’s time or commitments. I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone who expects basic professionalism.

Nobody there. I had a 3:30 appointment, checked in at 3:05.and was out at 3:16. Lisa was polite and professional. Appreciated the service. Easy, peezy.

Go anywhere else for a UA! this place is so slow. no one was at the desk for extended period of time. They took walk-ins before appointments. i had to wait so long i couldnt hold it anymore and had to use the bathroom and come back the next day. today was the exact same thing. slow, walk-ins first, finally got to do my pre-employment drug screen before i pissed on the floor. will never come back here.

#Racist Behavior. Recently i went there for my regular lab work. I have been going on this facility for quite a while. I checked in through my cell when i got the confirmation message that my technician was ready to see me i went to the lab two minutes later. I had to wait 40 minutes. Then i checked in again through the kiosk desk. When i went inside the technician who was a black lady was downright rude. When i told her about the wait time she lashed out and called me that it was my fault that she called my name i wasn’t available at that time. To be fair she was being rude from the moment i walked in . Then when she was collecting my blood i got scared and she rudely told me that i shouldn’t move my hands and so on .She had a disgust expression on her face. After she collected my blood she told me i can go while They accompanied each patient to the door after the patient had completed their lab work. Is it because i am brown that i faced such racism? I will never visit this facility ever again and i will never do any lab work from labcorp ever again.

This LabCorp is the best. My wife was very ill for 34 years and had blood work hundreds done of times at numerous other companies and locations. Those visits were OK at best. But then we found THIS LabCorp and everything changed for the better. If I asked the nurses to use a special needle or to do something a bit different from their usual routine, they listen and did their best to help my wife. There is however, one extra special nurse named Lisa who has always been extremely kind and gentle with my wife. My wife and I had dealt with hundreds of doctors and nurses over the last 34 years and Lisa is one of only two people in the healthcare industry that we trusted and that my wife looked forward to seeing. She is not only professional and hard working, but and also kind and gentle. Lisa's wonderful personality always made us feel at ease. Last year my wife went to Heaven, but I thank God for people like Lisa, who, through their kindness and professionalism, eased my wife pain suffering, and gave her a little joy while in this world. I am eternally grateful to Lisa and the people at LabCorp.

I never leave reviews, but I'm taking the time to do it now because the reviews for all of the Labcorps near me were either 1 star or 5 stars. The 1 stars were horrible, and I was extremely hesitant to go to any Labcorp. However, I arrived at this location shortly after they opened at 7:35 without an appointment. I was finished with the extremely easy self check-in by 7:45 and was called back at 7:50. I saw Lisa Rae, who was absolutely wonderful and professional! It was an easy stick, and I was out in about 15 minutes. I would definitely use this location again.

Advertisement states open till 4:30. Arrived at 4:20 doors all locked up. Knocked no one answered. False advertising is not legal in the state of Texas. If I could give a negative star

I will no longer visit this location until the company addresses the issues people have raised about this technician. After reviewing the feedback, I can identify the technician in question, and it seems that these concerns are being ignored. The company is not taking any action to resolve the situation.
The technician was extremely rude, disrespectful, and unprofessional. She often becomes annoyed when customers arrive at the last hour of the day, even though she has assistance. Some people, like myself, can only come at that time due to their circumstances. I noticed that she humiliates those with scalp conditions by insisting they remove their small beanies, which are typically worn by chemotherapy patients, those with bald spots, or alopecia. I showed her the condition of my hair and tried to explain my situation, but she refused to listen.
Despite her rudeness towards me and others, I remained patient and understanding. However, when someone confronts her about her behavior, she lies and claims that the person is not following the rules, when in reality, following the rules was never the issue. She simply does not know how to communicate with people, and I have reached my limit. I am respectful and understanding, but I will not allow anyone to speak to me as if I am worthless.
I don't want to consider this lady a racist, but she needs to educate herself about these hair and scalp issues regarding women of color.
This behavior is unacceptable and needs to be addressed; otherwise, Labcorp risks becoming one of those companies that will have to issue a public apology. If this continues, that woman might encounter someone who records her actions, and they will speak for themselves.

Not sure why the ratings are so low. I had a GREAT experience here. I was able to check in with the link they texted me. Lisa drew my blood and was such an amazing person. She was so kind, gentle & helpful. Grateful for the hospitality shown by her and how quick they were!
