I purchased LA VIE EST BELLE EAU DE PARFUM
from Lancôme, I spray it 6/7 times and the smell wears off completely in couple of hours.
Over the counter body spray stays on longer than this expensive perfume. Total waste of money.

Dreadful customer service. If I could I would give zero stars.
My make up couldn’t be delivered because UPS who Lancôme use to deliver online orders said my address was wrong.
Contacted Lancôme and they said they couldn’t help I would have to contact UPS myself!! Contacted UPS and they said that Lancôme had given them the wrong address but they would change it after speaking to me and it would be delivered the next day. Following day arrives and no package. I get another txt message from UPS to say they couldn’t deliver it as it’s still the wrong address!! I contact Lancôme again and again they are not helpful at all and tell me to contact UPS myself. I contact UPS and they say they can’t update the address because it’s already been updated once. Long story short I’ve been billed for my make up, no make up has been delivered. I have spent over 2 hours on the phone trying to sort it out in vain. Lancôme are not interested and say to contact UPS, UPS says they can’t do anything contact Lancôme!!!!
