I went to this Lane Bryant location for the first time looking for undergarments for my 50th Anniversary formal dress. What a great experience from the moment I stepped into the store and checked out!!! I was greeted in a welcoming manner, and an associate helped me right away. It had been a while since shopping for these items, and Audrey was so patient and caring and was able to find what I needed. I am so going back!

This location has seriously gone down hill. The level of customer service offered and observed is sub par. The women that are working there have no sense of urgency. It's like they just are in la la land and oblivious to what is going on around them. I wasn't greeted when I walked in the door either (used to be that way). If you have new people working which is the only excuse I can think of in this case make sure they are fully trained and ready to be on the register. Oh! And another thing which I'm gonna somehow comment or send something to Lane Bryant themselves but this store needs to have accessibility ♿️ parking available as well as benches or some sort of chair to be able to sit in for those of us who can't stand very long without having to sit. Overall, very disappointed how this store in particular has fallen apart in customer service. This is also why I buy my stuff predominantly online. I had to return some things though.

UPDATE: 4/2/2023 I just don’t like this store manager! I’ll be honest! Everytime somebody black comes in the store she’s standing next to them flipping though clothes likes she’s looking for something! It’s very weird energy!! I don’t like it! And I’ll just shop online or find me another place to get my bras! Cause UGH! And they did that coupon mess again! I had a 10% anniversary coupon, I asked a simple question cause I use my 10% and my $10.00 off, the cashier got to talking about ooo I don’t know! We don’t have a 10%, MAAM, I DO! Can I use them both or not! It’s super annoying! All the BS & games! I’m thinking about closing my card and just getting an Ashley Steward cardStore is cool. I just kinda feel harassed sometimes by the employees. A little over baring! Sometimes I don’t want to be bothered I want to shop and have my me time and browse the store. Sometimes I’m not looking for anything specific. If I need help I’ll ask. It’s just a rest weird vibe. I spend thousands of dollars in LB every year I just feel there should be better customer service. Then everytime you have a coupon it’s always this mystery oh will it work? Well I read the back and it’s clear as day what I can and can’t use it on, so why wouldn’t it work! Just weird vibes! It’s annoying. I try to just order online and ship to home. Cause even going to pick up stuff is WEIRD!

The ladies working here Feb 23 2023 around 12-1 pm were the absolute worst. They had an attitude. I was there for an exchange to get a smaller size. I asked her if we can check to see if there was a smaller size available online. She with her attitude insisted she did the return first. she returned it and put my money on a gift card. Then when she looked online the smaller size wasn’t available. She then proceeded to tell me she can’t give me the money back and we are stuck with the gift card. I told her that’s not ok and would like to speak to a manager. She said her manager isn’t in and will be back at 1pm. It was 12:45 so I decided to wait. At 1 i tried to get the attention of the black lady she literally ignored me. When I went to the desk and asked the lady told me her manager came back and she spoke to her and the manager would tell me the same thing she did. I asked for her to get her manager she gave me more attitude but walked back and took 8 mins to get the assistant manager. The assistant manager was really nice and helped us get our money off the gift card and gave it us in cash. Though our problem was resolved I wouldn’t be spending my money at lane Bryant again. This experience has left a bitter taste in my mouth. These ladies need to be fired!

At the Copperfield location the sales people tend to judge a book by its cover. If you walk in the store in shorts and a tee and no make up they pretty much ignore you. Unfortunately for them this has happened enough times that I rarely venture in a store and buy most items at Torrid where you can be wearing a paper bag and they will greet you and offer assistance.The cypress location on 290 is the opposite. They are always friendly and help as much has possible to help you find exactly what you want...and will even order it and have it shipped. I do wish they had more of the smaller sized bras. Finding a 38 anything is difficult.
