Life Time Cypress is an athletic country club that offers a wide range of amenities for all ages. Members can enjoy an expansive fitness floor, unlimited studio classes, basketball courts, and both indoor and outdoor pools. The facility also features eucalyptus steam rooms, which many members appreciate. The Signature Membership provides unlimited group training and personalized attention.
While the club has many positive aspects, some members have expressed concerns about the value of membership compared to available amenities. The gym area can be crowded, and some have suggested increasing staff in the kids club to ensure a safe environment for children. The outdoor pool area is pleasant, but can also become congested during peak times. Security issues, such as car break-ins, have been noted, highlighting the need for better safety measures in the parking area.
Despite these concerns, the staff at Life Time Cypress has received high praise for their service. Members have highlighted the exceptional support from team members, particularly in sales and personal training. Many find the atmosphere welcoming and family-friendly, making it an appealing option for those looking to stay active or relax. Overall, Life Time Cypress provides a blend of fitness, wellness, and luxury, catering to a variety of lifestyles and preferences.
