I’m terrible with names and I’m sorry the technician just left my house. I just wanted to say he was very professional and concise. Made sure if I had any questions. They were all answered.
Also want us to say that Tammy who sets up the appointments is always so polite and courteous.

We bought a home and the builder used this ac company. We have had so many issues since the moment we moved in. Ultimately the faulty system has caused mold in many places in our home.
Lonestar replaced our plenum, it was not done properly and the unit was completely detached for nearly a week before we noticed condensation everywhere. Including All of our vents, and everywhere in the attic. We asked lone star to then replace the duct work because of this issue. They refused and said it would cause no issues in our ductwork. Well someone else located a few ducts filled with water in the attic. Lonestar is now only going to replace those few ducts rather than all of them. They STILL won't replace all of the duct work even after locating water in multiple of them. DO NOT PURCHASE ANY HOME THAT USES THIS COMPANY!

I had a great experience with Lone star Air. The ladies who answer the phone are friendly and professional and so are the techs who come out. They protected my carpet and even vacuumed up their mess. They wore shoe covers and respected my house. There was a slight issue after they left. I called back and they sent the tech back the same day and got it fixed correctly at 4:30 on a Friday. I’m so grateful they did not make me wait all weekend. Their customer service is excellent! The proposals are so clear of what is needed and why. I would definitely recommend this company! 5 stars.

Really quite impressed by how professional and thorough Lone Star has been.. we’ve gotten multiple quotes from other HVAC companies and it’s not that they’ve “charged less” but I haven’t felt like I’ve had the wool pulled over my eyes as a woman handling things for her home and being taken advantage of. They got to the ACTUAL root of our problem and didn’t try and just sell us a new AC unit. Feels hard to find companies to trust lately and have felt like we’ve been in such good hands with Lone Star. Communication has been excellent even with the home office. Absolutely a company worth using.

Ricardo R. Came to check the ducts and balance the airflow of my AC and proved to be very professional. He also helped us very efficiently with the thermostat and the Wi-Fi connection. And he informed us of everything he did. I recommend it!! 5 stars.
Sept 3/2024 - Gd day! This service is top of the line. I hv always been absolutely pleased with the service/technicians LoneStar provides. Today, Ibrahim was knowledgeable and explained everything he was going to do and did. I've been loyal to this company since Dec 2019 and no regrets of any kind. Thanks so much for always being attentive and promptly attending to my needs!
