Took our minivan there for an alignment. Didn’t feel like the alignment had been done so we took our vehicle back to Sun auto but the location near our house. The workers there said and even gave me the paper showing that the alignment had never been done. I called the original shop back and he said “I think I did your vehicle”. He said he would have a regional manger call…never got the call. Sent follow up emails showing the paperwork that the alignment was not done. Said he would refund us but then he somehow found paperwork showing he aligned the car. We never got any calls or emails back. I would NEVER take my car back to any Suns Auto but especially this location. Poor customer service and shady business.

Jacob at Sun Auto is fantastic! He repaired a suspension issue with our 4Runner, providing a much more cost efficient solution than the dealership as well as other mechanic shops in the Cypress area. Sun Auto is consistently quick, professional and trustworthy.

I had an EXCELLENT experience at Sun Auto on House & Hahl Road. I brought my car there at about 10:20 AM today, because the front driver’s side window wouldn’t roll up. It turned out that the FRONT DRIVER WINDOW REGULATOR & MOTOR ASSEMBLY had failed. They quickly diagnosed and repaired it, partly thanks to super quick delivery of the parts. By 1:00 PM the same day the car was ready to be picked up (about 2.5 hours after we brought it there). Thank you to Terrence and the team at Sun Auto for a job well done!
