I love and obsessed with marble slab . But the owner of this location is so cheap and only has oneemployee during the busiest time so the wait is 35+ minutes. Every time I come is new faces . Not only that put they serve you little ice cream when you are literally paying for a large.

My dad picked up some ice cream for me today and he asked the worker if they could put more ice cream because it had many air bubbles and spaces. It wasn’t even completely full. The worker only fixed one of them and refused to fix the other ice cream. He was extremely rude and made my dad very uncomfortable.I have never had an experience like this at this location and I am extremely disappointed. If I’m paying for a quart then i should actually be getting a quart of ice cream.

The associate has a terrible attitude. Which was only fixed when I asked if she had a problem. She's more than welcoming to her hoard of friends that were there. Also allowing her friend's kid to put her bare feet on the counter and run back behind the counter. Which must be acceptable since she got on the counter herself with her shoes. Unfortunately, this wasn't the first time the same person had a crap attitude. We drive to the one that's further to avoid the headache from now on.

The salted caramel is amazing as well as the service !! There’s a young guy there with curly hair , he is always patient and answers all questions love this location!

First time at this location and as soon as you walk in it smells horrible! ? It smells like rotten milk or throw up. The lady was not wearing gloves when she was scoping and mixing the toppings in. Didn't notice it until she was done with our second ice cream.

Dec 26. One person running everything. Long line, orders took forever. The employee working was torally maxed out. After a long wait my party decided to leave. They should have stay closed today. Irresponsible from management.

Customer service: The young lady with the dark hair and nose ring, that was serving us acted like we were taking her away from doing something more important. She kept rushing us to make a decision with her body language and her demeanor as if there aren't nearly 20 options to choose from. Not to mention, my kid has special needs, and it takes him a moment to process.I asked the other young lady if she could put a lid on it because I'm taking it to go; she have me this small lid, for an overstuffed bowl and told me to eat the excess off of BOTH our bowls then put the lid on... What? What she should have done was at least ask me if I wanted her to remove some of the ice cream so that they're small little lid can fit on the bowl.Lastly, we chose not to eat there because every last table was dirty. It was three of them back there behind the counter with only two customers. Someone could have been tending to the rest of their facility.My ice cream basically dripped all the way home.

I have been to several Marble Slabs around Houston and this is by far the absolute worst. The customer service is extremely bad. The smell walking in is just horrid. Lastly, the server clearly did not care to be there. If you live in Cypress or near by try Creamistry or another Marble Slab. Not worth the money at all!

Says close at 10pm but stop attending at 9:30pm, even with the open sign turned onUpdate after response:well they said no to us and another customers were arriving also, so you're in a mistake, they say no during posted hours

Not as good as other locations I have been to. The waffle cones are so thin. Needs to be a little thicker.Update: waffle cones are still thin. But customer service is always on point. Guess we cant have it all.

Stopped by the Marble Slab on 18058 Fm 529 Rd on a weekday afternoon. I had no issues with the staff and the service I got. I noticed that there were no cookies on display. I am sure I will return, but one issue I did have is that making a left turn from this shopping center's parking lot during afternoon rush hour can be tricky.
