I had the pleasure of experiencing exceptional customer service at Marshalls recently, thanks to Norma, the Front End Coordinator. From the moment I walked in, Norma greeted me with a warm smile and went above and beyond to assist me with my questions. Her professionalism and attention to detail made my shopping experience so much easier and enjoyable. I am so grateful for her help and would highly recommend this Marshalls location. Thank you Norma for making my shopping experience so positive!

Not my type of store, but my wife loves it. They have a lot of bargains there if you’re willing to search through the aisles. If my wife was doing the ratings, she would give this a 5-star rating.

Tell me how a business runs this way. There is no way this place is ADA compliant. What is there was a fire or heaven forbid a shooting. People are just blocked where they are. This is not new this is how this store always looks. I can’t believe management, store level and above think this is ok. Do better Homegoods!!!

Assistant manager Thomas at this Marshalls near the premier outlet made my shopping experience a terrible one. He has zero customer service skills and appears to have no desire to improve them for himself or his team. I'll never return to this location because his aura makes the entire store feel uncomfortable and uninviting. I would rather drive out of my way than risk another run in with this miserable individual.
