I have been a member for many years and only had great experience with the staff. The facility is clean and I come out feeling refreshed. However, on Sept. 23, I had a terrible unexpected experience. The receptionist India took a while to check me out. I asked if I was done and she said "I am just checking to make sure you don't RUN OFF without PAYING". I was shocked and confused from her tone and accusations. I told them I only come in when I have credit hours and have confirmed with the person taking my appointment. I paid for the 1/2 hour they said I owed and said I have never had anyone speak to me this way. India then stated she was just trying to make sure "I didn't RUN OFF without PAYING" and she said I was the one "HAVING A MOMENT". I then asked to have my membership canceled.When I got home, I remembered that I did have a "free" 1/2 hour facial last month as an offer since they raised their rates. The Director realized their mistake and that they had deducted the 1/2 hour from my membership hours. She credited me the half hour I was charged for and made excuses for India.Mistakes happen. What is disturbing is how any business would allow their employees to accuse and disrespect any client this way. I question what kind of establishment was I at? Who conducts business this way? People come to get massages to relax and destress. My massage therapist did her job but this receptionist clearly has no clue how to treat people with respect and this establishment does not honor their clients when they allow their employees to rob clients of their positive energy. There are so many ways this could have been addressed. It's a shame. I will take my business elsewhere.Despite my feedback, instead of a sincere apology this is turned around on me that I failed to provide the coupon for the facial. That is not true. The coupon was provided in the last visit and the appointment was confirmed that I had enough hours . The moment I called back, director knew exactly what I was talking about. Coupons were issued to all members because rates when up. This is not something done specialty for me. All you have to do is account for who took your offer or not. I don’t expect anything in return except recognition of the poor behavior, tacky demeanor and cheapened experience towards a long standing member. This employee’s behavior is ? unacceptable regardless and clients should not be treated this way!

I been a member with them over 2 years cancelled my membership recently, caz of worse experiences in massage few times and worst experience with manager on site Travis. I walked in and cancelled my appointment after I walked in he has a really bad attitude and customer service so I declined my service with him. Worst place to go in for massage take your business somewhere else not this location.

The massage was good but I had booked a 1 hour massage and a facial massage at 3 pm.I got to the location at 2:50, and I was dismissed at 4:00 pm with my services “fulfilled”.It was like a 30 min massage and a 5 min facial and they charge me for the complete hour massage and the facial as well.

Great place, great location, awesome customer service.I had the pleasure to have a massage there today and my therapist was lance. He really is great at his job. I am a very pleased customer. Thanks India and Lance.

My mother has a yearly membership with Massage Heights. She gets massages monthly and recently started visiting the Massage Heights Towne Lake location. Today her appointment was at 2 pm. She was running late and ended up getting to the establishment around 2:25. She was already running late and was aware of this. Previously in the past the receptionist has had her seated for 15-20 minutes waiting in the lobby area before they see her for the appointment. The young lady at the front desk who told her, her name was India was very rude. She made my mother very uncomfortable because she was late. I once again understand this was her mistake but she was very disrespectful and made her feel horrible. She was taken to the back and her massage was short, 30 minutes and the massage therapist did not communicate with her during the massage. She made her feel uncomfortable and did not check in with her while giving the massage. Later as she checking out the two ladies at the front were laughing at her and I’m assuming they were mocking her because she has an accent. When she asked the young lady her name she told me her it was India which I’m not sure if that is her real name or she assumed that since our ethnicity is Indian that she was making fun of my mom. As she was leaving my mother could hear her and the other lady at the front desk laughing at her and my mother simply said Thank you. She has never been treated so rudely and disrespectfully and she belittled by the staff here. Another incident that occurred was in November 2022-December 2022, she was charged for a broken appointment. I was credited one time when she had a car accident. Another time she made an appointment at a different location but then I called the Towne Lake location and made another appointment there. She did this because the appointment at the Towne lake location would be at a time that worked with her schedule. Please visit this place with caution since the staff clearly has no soft skills and does not know how to greet clients with kindness or respect.

What a wonderful experience at massage heights. We got couple massage and since the moment we arrive we were feeling welcome. Great customer service and the Massage by Mr. Az was the best I ever had. The smell, cleanliness and massage was Awesome! I had massage in different places but this place was the BEST overall. Thank you Mr. Travis, you have amazing staff and services. Definitely we will come back.

Had a very bad experience on this location I was member of massage height for long time before corona and now me and my husband take membership bcs they was good.therapist Josh even did not wipe of my husband’s back with towel and he did not do massage on his arms and legs we are paying for full body massage not just for back and my therapist did give me massage just for 40 mins. we r not satisfied at all

This place was okay. I wish they would do a full body massage. But I can’t say anything bad about this spot because they do massages and it was relaxing. So I can say it was worth it…

Not a fan. Ok place but priced over its value. Plain small and stark massage rooms. Not a professional massage. Felt like I just got rubbed down with oil even after requesting a firmer massage. Waste of time and money. My partner said his was just an "ok" massage but overpriced for sure. I definitely get higher quality massage around $40 less!!

It was my first time at this location and will never return. The ladies at the front are friendly and welcoming but had a horrible experience that ended up at the doctor. My massage therapist was Josh and he definitely needs more training not only as a therapist but in customer service as well. He tried to do an adjustment (which I found out that they are not licensed to do) that ended up wrong and left me without being able to sleep,walk, or sit down. I ended up taking medication and had to go to the doctor and a chiropractor.

I checked in before my 4pm appointment. Waited 15 mins and went back to the front to try to reschedule because I assumed my person was running behind. I was told no by the receptionist, that I would be taken care of. She went to find her and I was immediately called back. No biggie.In the room I was told I was not actually checked in on time, at not point was I told I would not be seen for my entire 60 min appointment. After 45 mins, i was told I was done. I was confused since she told that she had no appointment behind me.I go to check out and I asked if I’m being charged for the 45 min service I received and was ignored. I was told my total, no apologies were given, so I paid to be done. Since clearly I wasn’t being compensated for my time. I was then asked if I wanted to leave a gratuity … thought that was interesting.The facial was nice, the people were nice in general..but no longer will go to this establishment.

I got my daughter some services for her birthday. She absolutely loved it. Hanh took care of her; it was her first massage, and she definitely wants to return. She was very nice and put her at ease, gave her a great service and was caring. Sarah at the check-in was also very welcoming and knowledgeable. She took time out to make sure I understood everything and was accommodating and helpful to all my needs. Knowledge about the products, gave me information about the services. We will absolutely return.

We made an appointment weeks in advance. Got a confirmation text and call. The day of the appointment they didn't have us booked any more. We asked about the confirmation texts and calls. Thierry response was essentially get lost and we don't have any idea why you got a confirmation call or text. My GF is pregnant and was really looking forward to her appointment.

The communication between the owner and staff is very disappointing! You pay for a membership and when the membership is completed, it’s hard to get the massage credits owed to you. “The policy” is never explained to the customer. It is ASSUMED! This business desperately needs to implement the ICARE Values!

there is an odd smell like mold or mildew. My massage therapist did not follow any requests, she didn't massage my foot cause she's grossed out my feet and overall it was a disgusting experience
