I would never, ever, and a thousand times never recommend any type of watch or jewelry repair in this business. The owner was very imcompetent and did not take responsibility for the breakage of my watch. I even had the politeness to bring him the Movado warranty invoice so he could take responsibility for something he caused because I never asked him to change or check the mechanics of the watch, only to clean it once I came so he could take responsibility. It was the rudest and most disrespectful thing I had ever felt so frustrated.

I took my wife's tennis bracelet in for a repair a few months ago. She doesn't wear it that often and when I picked it up it looked amazing. It was broken at one of the bridges. It has now broken at the same spot. I will be going back to get it repaired!!!
