I’ve been here a few times before and never had a bad experience until today. They’re open from 7am to 10pm with a sign that says “Last Wash at 8:00pm”. I arrived at 8:04pm and the hispanic female attendant met me at the door to say I couldn’t wash. The problem is, I sat in my car and watched her allow a hispanic male walk outside a few mins later to get a couple loads of laundry out of his car and proceed to load the laundry & start washing (I am a female African American). He didn’t start the loads until 8:15pm. So what was the difference in me starting at 8:04pm? Wow is all I can say.

Trash service by the I guess he’s a manager. I asked to speak to owner as one of the machines was having malfunctioning issues. I saw him working in the same area of the machines earlier as they were leaking water. My machine displayed an error code and I was just making sure that the machine was ok with my load of clothes in it. I guess he thought I wanted my money back, but I didn’t and he appeared to start calling me a liar in Spanish. It’s good I know a little Spanish huh. Basically treat the customers with a little respect. I’m not asking for anything, I’m only here because my washer is currently getting fixed at home.

I’ve been to this location before few years ago and this time was not what I expected at all. The vending machine is out of order just FYI. They don’t give change so I used the ATM at the smoke shop next door. It’s nice in there. The fee is $3 to use the ATM. Back to the laundromat: the people who are working here are nice. The last wash is at 8pm but they allowed me to wash at 8:12pm. I did not need to dry because I can do that at home; I just needed to wash. It was very clean in here and smelled good of course. The machines are nicely placed & clean. The last wash is 8pm & the last dry is 9pm. I wish they had the app like other companies but overall this is a nice place to do laundry.

1. Washers get the job done but could use a good cleaning of the areas that dispense detergent, etc...
2. Bathroom needs to be totally redone. Not fit for customers to use. Ownersshould be ashamed of what they are providing for their customers to use.

Our dryer has been broken, the dryers here get the job done quickly, in just 20 minutes, for $1. There is a change machine. It makes me wonder - why have my own dryer?

The closest laundromat from our neighborhood when our washing machine broke. Nothing special other than they also offer dry cleaning service.

I think this is ridiculously over priced to come and wash here than to dry only 5 minutes to dry for a quarter...vending machine only take dollars just a lot to say bout this place the lucky u got one star DONT GO HERE
