The store is disorganized. I went online first to make sure an item I was going to purchase was in the store and to get the aisle number. The website stated it had availability but of course when I get to the store it’s not on the aisle. I had to go to the front of the store and wait in line just to ask one of the workers where I could find the item. Of course the response I got was oh it’s not there on that aisle anymore we moved it to another spot. Then this worker had to ask another worker which aisle the item was moved to. If you’re going to move items around then update the system or website.

I called into this Michaels for assistance with holding a shirt. Ive been driving around trying to collect this specific shirt and I’ve made orders online and they’ve been cancelled.
While speaking to a representative and I explained to her im about 30 mins out is it possible to hold a shirt so I can come pick it up. She told me no they dont do that I can do it online. I explained to her this time I would pay in cash and I also explained how each order has been cancelled with other Michaels. She was very rude and told me no they dont hold anything.
Im very disappointed my home Michaels is very accommodating and helpful if a shirt needs to be held. I will not be going to this Michaels again. Rude workers!

acted like they were closed at 8:30 when they close at 9. doors were already locked. a worker even looked at me at the door and walked away. i work retail too so i get it, my store closes at 8 and i’m there past 8:30 and it’s frustrating but still, you never know if someone just needed one thing or just to look quickly.

Need to get these cashiers OFF their phones and helping move customers through the line. It's not ok for them to be playing on the phone while self checkout is backed up.
