I was impressed and satisfied with the care I received at my recent visit. The NP was very kind, and listened to my concerns.
I did not have an appointment but she saw how ill I was and fit me in right away.
Something to know is that there is only one office and one NP on site, so make sure to make an appointment.

I do not recommend this location as I had the worst experience with the nurse practitioner (K. ROBINSON).

Sore throat and dry skin on the eye, the nurse/practitioner there name: Kenyatta Robinson, has the worst customer service I ever received in this clinic, she treated us terrible because we spoke in Spanish, stating we are not allowed to speak a different language because she doesn't understand and she needs to know what we said, of course I didn't tell her our private conversation. she started being rude and not explaining what she was doing, she just started taking tests without authorization, didn't want to share the results at the moment, from giving medicine over the counter, suddenly she changed to antibiotics without explanation, asked to check the irritated skin on the eye, she didn't bother to check it and just prescribed another antibiotics for that. When I asked an explanation she suddenly called another person to come inside not saying anything, asked her why is another person inside, she didn't like and said I can not ask anything because I am not the parent (we brought the power I have the authority to), she wanted to stay with the minor alone with her and the other person, I rejected because the minor was under my protection for it and won't allow her to be alone with them. She started arguing with us because the lenguaje tagging me a person with strong accent and that is totally discrimination and racism.I never had a terrible experience like this ever in any place. If she doesn't understand or doesn't speak another language is totally her problem. If this location have this kind of people giving a poor and terrible service is not worth to come again. Again her name is Kenyatta Robinson

Kenyatta Robinson, NP is honestly pretty horrible at her job. The initial interaction was so off putting, she’ll cut you off in the middle of explaining what’s going on. I didn’t appreciate the training that was also going on during my appointment. I’ve never felt so rushed but kept in an appointment so long. Her diagnosis of just allergies ended up being incredibly incorrect. The absolute worst appointment I’ve ever had, save yourself the time and money and go to an actual Doctor like I had to for a diagnosis.

I scheduled my appointment online and arrived 15 minutes before my consultation. I was able to check in thru the kiosk using the confirmation code I received via email. Once I checked in, I was called almost immediately. My provider Gina M. was professional and knowledgeable. My test results were ready in a timely manner.

I have never had anything negative to say about the minute clinic on Fry and 290 or this one in Cumberland ridge, always found great nurses willing to help us, but today the Nurse at Cumberland location Jenny Choi, was extremely unprofessional.1. She looks at us and her greeting was: “ do have an appointment?” , when I said yes, she looks at us as if we knew that she was ready for us and which room to use.2. She used the same gloves that she used with her previous pt to touch my sons face and mouth.3. She has no patience to treat kids, my son was well behaved but extremely nervous about the Covid and Strep swabs.4. She asked us to leave the clinic and wait outside x 10 mins while the tests results were ready, when I said we will walk around here she say “wait outside”5. When results were ready she started to discuss results, diagnosis and treatment IN THE HALL WAY next to other pts. When I asked “are we going to talk about this here, she said yes and continued. At this point I had had enough, I told her I wasn’t going to discuss my sons condition in the hall way, that as a health care provider myself I new HIPAA very well and that we were to discuss medical information in the room. She agreed, but she was not able to explain why my son was feeling sick or the reasoning behind the treatment. Off to the urgent care we went for a second opinion, sadly the copay has to be paid and the insurance will have to pay for a terrible service.Bottom line, I’ll go back to the minute clinic but I’ll call and make sure she is not that day’s provider. She needs to be retrained in patients care.
