“Recently, I became a part of this credit union family, and I have strong feelings about the quality of service that I will receive as a member. They make you feel welcome and of high importance when you walk in for a visit. My husband has been a member for years and has been prompting me to switch over from Cy Fair Federal Credit Union because they are always adding unnecessary fees and charges to my account. Because I was a member for ten years, it was hard for me to let go. However, the feeling surely isn't mutual because Cy Fair Credit Union does not show appreciation and respect for their customers. So, imagine my surprise when I visited Navy Fed for the first time and was treated with respect and importance. Upon entering, I was greeted by the receptionist at the help desk. I forgot his name but he was polite and welcoming. I told him the nature of my visit, he pulled up my account, found me in the system, and directed me to get in line to speak further with a teller. The teller that assisted me was a handsome Italian young man by the name of Giancarlo. He was friendly, welcoming, and ready to assist me with any questions or concerns about my new checking/savings account. By the way, I set up my new account online and it was super fast and easy! However, I had to visit them in person to request the direct deposit forms for my job. Overall, my visit was a pleasant and delightful one. I walked away feeling like I made the right decision about switching over, especially after reading over the many awesome benefits of being a Navy Fed Member. I am highly recommending this credit union for anyone who is looking for fast and easy service without all of the unnecessary charges and fees. They also have great benefits such as life insurance, home loans, credit cards, and more, which are easily accessible for members.”
