Military daughter, AMERICAN citizen grew up in Spanish speaking country. NOT 1 single Spanish speaker! They said we had to do it over the phone. Then come back to make the deposit. I asked if someone on site could get a translator on the phone to assist. They said no.

Horrible waiting time. 1 teller at the front, 6 customers in line. Waited almost 30 min to be seen. Multiple customers walked out, upset with wait time and lack of assistance.

There are two tellers and two service members working. I don’t understand why the service member keeps helping people in the teller line when there are five people waiting to speak with a service member. A few of these people have been waiting for about 20 minutes and are still waiting. This makes no since, to me.
