Great store 👏 not usually busy. Very friendly individuals. From the owner to workers. Only visit periodically yet always helpful and kind. Kudos 👏 especially in this day and age of cold corporate businesses. It's nice to feel like some things don't change.

Made an online order to be told that it wasn't there when I arrived. I understand that inventory discrepancies happen but you could at least check if you have online orders and contact customers if you don't have something.

I made two online purchases from out of state to pick up when I was there. They never confirmed the order and when I called a few days later, I was told they didn't even have the item. It's been 8 days and they still haven't canceled it and it's pending on my card. I also placed a second order that was never confirmed. I didn't bother even trying to call or pick it up, I just went elsewhere. That charge is also still sitting on my card 8 days later. What a horribly run business.
