Sonya is an excellent manager I had a storage there for a long time and she always went out of her way to help in any way that she could!!! She is an exceptional employee and cares about the customer and safety security at all times thank you Sonya so much fur always having been curious friendly and very very helpful thank you if I ever need storage I would recommend this facility to others

Do not ever use this storage. My bill was current and they put a red lock on my storage. I live four hours away from the storage. I came in town to get something out my storage and it was two red locks all my storage, but my bill was current. I even and paid for my next month because I thought it was past due, but after looking at it closer, I had just made my payment in May so it was current. I contacted them to let them know. It was a lock on my storage and I needed access. Even though they made an error they refused to have the lady come out and open my storage. I explained to the customer service that I live four hours away and clearly the manager lives a lot closer than me. I asked several times if they could come and get these locks off my storage and they kept telling me that they will be open Monday. I explained to her I will not be in town on Monday. They claimed there was nothing else they can do. I know it’s something else to be done. I know they could’ve reached out to the Manager to rectify the situation. So I repeat DO NOT ever use this storage company.

I came to the facility to purchase a treadmill from one of the storages's customers. While I was waiting outside of the gate for the seller to arrive, Sonya came out to assist me. She was very friendly. The seller had been running late, and she was kind and called him while allowing me to waiting inside of the gate.
