I really like this place and the people. My issue is with the appointments. I always make an appointment and on my last visit, my feet soaked for 45 minutes before a technician was available. It took 2.5 hours for a pedicure. I really don’t have that kind of time. It is a popular place. Maybe hire more help.

The lady who did my pedicure spoke to a co worker in their language thruout the procedure. She skipped steps in the pedicure, nothing added to the almost warm water. Her touch was so light, it felt like she was scared to touch my skin She rubbed the pumice stone lightly over the bottom of my feet and heels which did nothing. I have either a ingrown toenail, or excess skin on sides of big toe she just filed over even after I pointed it out. Let me say this, If you do not want to service certain people, let them know when they enter. Don't expect a tip to disrespect someone without receiving that same disrespect or worse. Nobody has to tip you for dry half azz service or even visit your establishment. Keep that little bottle of warm water as well. As you pamper and coddle certain customers and act like others are in debt to you, word will get out. While you complain in native language to your co worker, I'm expressing my dissatisfaction in english to you as you rub oil and dirty water on my legs. Never again.

Thus is my new go-to nail place and I'm going to try them for waxing as well. I gave them a "5" rating because the next step down was definitely too low. My husband and I both got pedicures done there today and my husband asked me why I chosen it. What it came down to eventually was the fact that in a review someone had referred to the place as peaceful. I don't know about you, but I am really fed up going into a spa where the music is too loud and the people are chattering to each other all the time and it's not a restful relaxing experience. Which it should be. This isn't the fanciest place I've ever been to, but i saw them cleaning up the floor and appreciated that they were making an effort to keep it tidy. But what I really loved was walking in and experiencing the silence and the peace. The owner greeted us as we were expected and she did some work for me which was great. And then each of us had another individual doing the pedicures. My husband fell asleep during it, which is actually a good sign. Soft music played in the background, something very soothing. Overall, I needed a stress-free break and I got it here. Not fancy but exactly what I needed. I'm happy.

Nice work but $55 for a simple refill? Seriously? And of course people expect a tip even when they overcharge you. So I was nice and left $10... so $65. smh that's more than a full set.
