This location fedex drop center is not working as expected. Very frustrating experience as my package which was dropped on Thursday which is overnight package is not picked up till Monday afternoon. I would like to give a negative rating as Office Depot is not taking responsibility in making sure they have shared the package on time to FedEx.

Needed to get in and out quick and Joseph was very nice and got my legal files printed and got me out the door. Great service, coming here when I need stuff printed.

Dwight at Dundler Mifflin was right!! Ordered online, business cards, easy enough (nope, 15 days I’m told) good grief.

ordered business cards and color copy prints basic stuff that if ordered before 2pm should be same day. I ordered after that and they said would be ready by 7pm next day. OK that's fine. I get email at after 5 pm the of the night they should be ready saying sorry cant fill your order. what the heck? That is a little late on an simple order to let me know I will not get my order. This is horrible service. Do not order form this company

We always make sure we visit this location because of the stellar service we get from Antoinette and her print department. We live around the corner from the 249/1960 location but they are terrible and don't respect us or value our business, but not at Antoinette's location. That's why we drive the extra miles to see her and we always get first-class service and we know she appreciates and values our business. We also signed up for the Business Select program, which was a great way for us to save some much needed money for our business. Please let Antoinette know that David & Amy thinks she is the shining example of what every member of your company should be and we think she's the best. Keep up the great work and God Bless.

Everything is self serve now. Since I am having to DO all the work please have more working copy machines.The staff in Cypress in much more friendly than the Spring/I45 The Spring staff are snarky.

Antoinette is the reason why I continue to use this Office Depot location! She is so friendly and helpful. She has always made sure my printing order is done correctly and that all my needs are taken care of! She is a hard worker and I always enjoy working with her! She always has a smile on her face. I’m so thankful she has worked at this location for so long! All the other staff at this location was very friendly as well. The store is very organized. Highly recommend!

Staff and workers were very courteous and patient with my questions. Check out was efficient and the store was very clean. I have been going to this store for almost ten years, every experience being nice.

Every sales person you encounter depends how he/she handle customer. I got bad experience with arrogant sales rep. but the other sales rep. may be good. Our luck. But if you have complain about anything, Office Depo Head office will handle very well. It is my own experience.
