After months of dropping in I finally got my membership this week. This is a great studio- the coaches are super friendly, and the staff at the front desk is always so nice. The reason I found this studio is because it has evening strength50 classes, and as someone who works 9 hour days I REALLY appreciate that option. Many studios in the area only offer these during the day, when I’m at work and can’t attend. Love this place!

The gym is nice, clean, and everyone is so friendly there. This is a review on instructors, all the classes are great, challenging and the instructors are nice.

Orange Theory is the best HIIT workout in Houston. The music, the gamification element around splat points, and every day bringing a new workout are 3 reasons I’ve been going here several years.

I really love Orange Theory. It is a hard, but efficient work out. It is a bit pricey for the membership and if you add a family member it does not save you much. I keep going and highly recommend working out here.

I get constant spam calls every week from them. I told them I was not interested and please take me off the call list about 1.5 to two years ago. To this day, I still get phone calls and I've since added them to my block list. I have 108 voicemails from them. They call me at least once a week and sometimes twice. They are the only company that continues to call me after I've told them on several occasions I was not interested.

I've been attending classes here for 6 months now and love it. I've never routinely attended a gym for longer than a month in my life, so the fact that I've made it this long is a big deal for me. Part of my stress of being a gym member before was never knowing what to do, how to do it, or why I was doing it. Each workout is different and unique which keeps things interesting and it's always clear what you're meant to be doing, so all I have to focus on is trying my best. Jay and Heather are the coaches I see most and they're both amazing in their own ways. The music, vibes, and energy are always on point. The front desk staff always greet me, say bye, and most remember my name as well. It's little things but it means a lot!

They have a wide variety of times here and everyone was very welcoming. As someone getting back in to working out they made the transition extremely smooth and all the trainers have been great!

I was 15 min early to trial class instead of 30 and they cancelled my trial and not even bothered to call and let me know until I showed upSuch a bad customer service experienceDefinitely not going back

The coaches here do not look like they are trainers at all. I don’t mean to be rude but if I am paying THAT much money for a class with a trainer I would hope the trainer lives what they preach.

This makes my 50th year of actively working out. I can honestly say that OTF fits the place in my life where I am now. I fondly look back on the flat bench reps at 425 lbs , in my late 20's and hoping my spotter would be able to pull the weight off me. Gladly now doing some light d*** bell work, some work with the straps and the other exercises works for me now. I know that I can slow it down if I need to, lift a little less, slow down the treadmill, lower the incline and still get in a great workout as I get older. I look forward to that for as long as I am blessed to be able.

This is a great workout plan for the average person. Anyone can do this no matter your age. Perfect balance of strength and cardio. The coaches encourage and help you get the proper form but they don’t over correct and make you feel stupid. Shout out to Daniela and Jaylen! They are great coaches, they know you by name and their music playlist fits their audience!
