Got treated with the utmost disrespect when simply asking for a battery replacement and warranty information. Lady said “we can replace the battery, if it’s not too difficult.” What does that mean, how is that my fault even if it is “too difficult” if I’m coming to them with warranty how is that my issue.. so I went to AutoZone!

Very bad service…I bought a part for my car from a different O’reillly store which I unfortunately I never used and when I went to return that part to this store they just refused to accept it saying I have to take it to the place I bought it from…very rude lady employee.
