The African American guy here is not willing to take the effort to help. It’s depressing dealing with people who are just working for the hour, but do not care about helping the customer. Condescending and lazy. Train your employees and hire the right people.

Today I went to look for a bulb for a headlight in my car that I had not found either in AutoZone or in Napa. Not only did I get the bulb but I asked the young man to help me change it and he did so by removing the headlight and installing the bulb and then In the end I offered him a tip and he really didn't accept it, thank you very much
