Dennis is the most respectful and hardworking associate I have ever encountered. He has such a great relationship with his colleagues and had an amazing vibe. Overall a 10/10 store experience and great management.

Great service! was greeted when walking in and was helped by an amazing worker camila, made sure i was finding everything ok and helped me find the most beautiful outfit! Will be coming back often!!

This place is great! I was helped by a girl name Maris who has impeccable taste in clothes. She helped me find a ton of clothes and was really nice to talk to.

just left the store. worst service ever i was accused of stealing and these people were basically harassing me. a black male that is pretty sure is the manger and two hispanic workers on male and one female. i had put the stuff down somewhere next to where there supposed to be and instead of them looking for it before coming to me they both yelled across the store of where i had put all the stuff i took. never coming back.

Terrible customer service. Entered the store twice on the same day both times no greeting or byes when exiting but the white customers behind me were greeted. Asked for help twice and was ignored while the other customers were asked if they needed help. Overall terrible attitudes and bad service.

I visited your store location at 29300 Hempstead Rd, Cypress, TX 77433, United States at approximately 3:30pm. I found a pair of shoes i liked and proceeded to try them on. Both shoes had sensors on them which made it difficult to try on. I found the sales associate and asked her if she could please take the sensor off so I could try it on. Her response was "you can't try it on with the sensor" i responded not to worry about it. She was very rude. As a customer asking a question I think it should of been done.
