My mom and I were Amazed at how Rochelle and Kimberly went above and beyond today! She had broken her frames. We first went to AmericasBest but they said it would take two weeks to have the glasses ready and also that we needed an appointment.
The best service with a heartwarming and welcoming aura from these pearls at Pearle vision. Highly recommended.

I went to the Pearle Vision in Cypress Tx. Off Hwy 290. The office is super clean, modern, and welcoming. Their services were perfect; smiling faces ready to assist me with my vision needs. The reason for this review is because I met an Angel from heaven today at the Pearle Vision office by the name of Rochelle. I didn’t expect to meet an Angel today, however as they say God works in mysterious ways. Rochelle I thank you for your services. I thank you for all that you did. I’m so grateful for you. I ask that God blesses you in every way that your heart desires. I can’t say it enough; Thank you! To the management team please keep Rochelle around as long as possible, because she adds immense value to that office.

Stopped in about a week ago with my son, to see what PV had to offer. Greeted by all the staff first thing in the door. Good start.
A young lady named Rochelle assisted us. She took the time to answer all of our many questions, making sure she thoroughly explained everything. Very knowledgeable and helpful, to say the least!
Did not make a purchase that visit even though they had a great selection of frames, but will definitely go back when it’s time for an exam and glasses. Great staff made a huge impression that won’t be forgotten.

This location is Horrible. Twice I came here to pick up my glasses.. both times they were wrong.. 1st time they were so foggy and made a mistake by not verify them 1st. 2nd time they mixed up my prescription with someone elses.. then I'm told will call you and refund what you paid.. by far the worst pearle vision I have ever been to. I don't recommend this location.

Dr. Baines is an awesome doctor. She’s very thorough and actually listens and addresses any concerns you may have. Her staff is just as amazing and goes out of their way to make sure you’re satisfied and comfortable with services rendered. They have an impressive inventory of some of the best eye wear around compatible prices and discounts on select products. Highly recommend visiting Dr. Baines/Pearle Vision off Hwy 290.

My family and I have been coming to this location for close to 10 years. We’ve had nothing but great experiences with Dr. Bains and her staff. I’ve never found anyone here rude and quotes on lenses and frames are straightforward. I can’t speak for some of the 1star reviews, but they do not match my or my family’s experiences here. They’ve always taken great care of us.

I don't write reviews ever but i had to let people be aware of the horrible service at this place. This is the worst location to go to. They all give you different price quotes. They are very rude and don't care. I was given a price for my glasses 2 weeks prior and i called to pick up. I was told the glasses were ready and to come get them before 5pm. Once i got there, i asked for my glasses and was told they were not ready and did i get a call. I said yes earlier that day. I showed the girl my phone and number that called me and she asked me, i quote " who did you talk to, i responded i dont remeber the name and she said. Well you should have gotten the name of the associate. I was shocked, and to add to the insult, when i explained to her that i really needed my glasses and it was over 2 weeks she acted like it did not matter. They change prices constantly and when i asked an associate why, i was told Dr Barns comes up with the prices. Be aware service there is horrible. An to tjink we actually pay for this services.

Dr. Baines is wonderful! She’s attentive and knowledgeable! Appreciate that she’s always willing to listen and build relationships with her patients. And her staff is great too! Great quality service!
