She prescribed eye drops and switched to a different brand of contacts, now wear them all day without any issues. She explains everything in great detail and has a very warm, caring approach. Everyone at this location was incredibly friendly, and they were all wearing festive Christmas sweaters, adding to the cheerful atmosphere. They feel like family with the staff always being friendly. Dawn made the ordering of glasses and contacts very easy. Thank you for always giving great customer service as returning customers for the past 3 years.
