Looking at these reviews about customer service....I TOTALLY AGREE.....SPEND YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY ELSEWHERE!! Sadly, the African American women were rude and condescending. I believe both were management and it is so sad that this company employs narcissistic management. My money stayed in my pocket and went elsewhere!!

My sister and I visited this store where we were assisted by a lovely lady named Yvonne. Despite my sister being indecisive and trying out several products, Yvonne was patient and helpful, taking the time to answer questions and provide recommendations. Yvonne's goal was to ensure my sister left the store with a product she would truly love, and she prioritized her satisfaction and happiness. We were impressed by Yvonne's kindness, expertise, and commitment to exceptional customer service, which made our shopping experience enjoyable. We left the store feeling delighted with our purchases and grateful for Yvonne's outstanding assistance, and we would highly recommend seeking her out for help.

We were there today, they treated my wife and kids very rudely. The manager (lady) was too rude, but the other staff were better. no skills at whole. The owner should do something about.

Their customer service needs improvement and staff need to be better trained on their products . I tried to give feedback to the manager after I have made my purchase but she didn’t apologize , called me aggressive and rolled her eyes . I will not shop at this location again .

Tarodney will get you taken care of! He is knowledgeable and will find a fragrance for you if you aren't quite sure what to get. They have a good selection to choose from also.

Zero stars. Aweful guest experience even worse customer service!!!
We were ran up on by staff and perfume was SNATCHED out of our hand while we were browsing and the staff was extremely rude and this place should not be in business.
Treating potential customers like they are about to rob your store is a piss poor reflection of YOUR OWN integrity.
Ghetto.

Tarodney provided us exceptional customer service. Very knowledgeable and provided such a great experience for us teaching us about the fragrances and informing us about the deals.
