This location has been servicing our pool for 6+months and we love them!!!!
The customer service is the best and their communication of any concerns is immediate and they are always responsive to my concerns.
If I could I give more stars I would.
By the way, this was our 4th pool service company and they have exceeded our expectations!

As a store to walk in to, it's great. As a pool service, they're AWFUL!
They don't communicate with you AT ALL, they let your pool and money go down the drain. Never talked to me about any additional charges for checking leaks, installing a new motor etc.
They just did the work and then would send me an invoice that was higher than I expected so I had to call and ask about it, they were apologetic and understanding on the phone and then would do the same thing not even a month later.
Thanks to them I've had to replace my motor twice and they charged me $150 just for the installation of 1!?!
I am absolutely fed up with this company and would not recommend them to anyone, take your money elsewhere cause it ain't worth spending it on this service unless you want your pool to slowly die.

Weekly is fine. Overall is not. Purchased a Polaris over $500 and it broke within 6 months. Waiting on repairs and store has not delivered. Will be cancelling contract asap.

Bought a 2000 dollar pump from them. The pump lasted about one half years. They told me when I bought it, it had a 3 year warranty. Pinch a Penny Louetta came out and confirmed pump was bad and needed to be replaced They were of absolute no help in helping me work with the pump company to replace or repair it. After waiting on them for a month to help get the pump replaced, I finally had to go to a different pool company to buy a new pump. My pool was emerald green and starting to stain my plaster. Only go to the Louetta pinch a penny if you have money to waste and don't mind apathetic, don't give a darn about their customers problems management. Pinch a Penny told me the pump company was notorious for not holding up their warranty yet they continue to sell the product to their customers.

These guys are the best.I’ve been in my house for a little over a year now (1st time pool owner). They test my water and only sell me what I actually need (unlike Leslie who try to get $100 bucks out of you every visit).They have pool parts, chemicals and the most important thing, they share their knowledge!I had a sudden major cloudiness issue pop up out of nowhere. I asked them about it. Instead of telling me to have their tech come for a service visit, they gave me a list of things to check on my own. The 2nd thing on the list was my problem. I fixed it for a $3 dollar part (an O ring which they had in stock).I can’t imagine a better place to help me take care of my pool!

We did one service with them- while the tech was very nice and did a good job. The communication from the office was not what we are used to. We had to call non stop for any information. Pool is still just okay in my opinion after a 1300 green to clean service. I told multiple people we need monthly service once this was done which is everyone replied would be fine. My dad gets a call this morning to tell him that they couldn't do my monthly service???? After repeated times telling them I'm the home owner and to only contact me as my dad does not live in this house. We are now one week out from a house warming with no pool service. This is retaliation as I called and voiced my opinion on their communication skills are lacking to their customers. I got told to "be patient" as it's not their fault except they were the ones who set the expectation of a Tuesday deadline to swim not us. If you tell your customers something, we believe it and then we you don't follow through and something is going to take longer you need to inform them. As the customer I shouldn't have to call daily to get updates.

Everyone single person at the Louetta location was incredibly friendly and helpful. Like above and beyond what would even be above and beyond. They are not nearby for me but I will never go anywhere else for anything pool/spa related.
