I was required to set an appointment to open a new account which I did Tuesday, online for 9:30 AM Wednesday. I traveled from my home, more than 10 minutes to the Louetta branch where I was met at the door by the manager, Robert Mesarina, whom proceeded to hold me at the door, blocking my entrance as if I was there to rob the place. He stated the new account lady, Maranda Pierce, wasn't there yet. He asked me to email my documents to get started on the set-up. I felt I was being handled by the unorthodox treatment I received. As a business owner in the Cypress area since 1996, I have grown accustomed to being treated with more respect from folks I do business with. I left out of there having accomplished nothing. Maranda never reached out to me the entire day (it's 4:30 now) and I won't be using the bank or its services. Way to go PNC.
