I’ve been to Polishe Nail Bar multiple times, but this is the second visit in a row where I’ve received terrible customer service. I walked in with no greeting or acknowledgment whatsoever. The staff was extremely rude, didn’t show me any color options, and didn’t even bother saying hello. I waited for 40 minutes, and no one spoke to me the entire time—I felt completely invisible.
On top of that, the quality of their work has never been great. If I get a plain color, it turns grainy and greasy after just a few days, losing its shine. The nails barely last a week before they start falling off. I gave this place multiple chances, but after this experience, I won’t be coming back.

My nails and toes look good. But the attitude I received wasn’t pleasant. I wasn’t even an angry customer and just cause I didn’t know the “nail lingo” people had an attitude with me instead of actually listening to what I was asking. I literally pointed and demonstrated how I wanted my French tip curved. Bad attitude overshadowed the work.

I had a terrible experience at Polish Nail Bar. The staff were extremely disrespectful and made me feel unwelcome the entire time. My English isn’t perfect, but that doesn’t mean I should be treated like I’m stupid. Instead of addressing me directly, they kept ignoring me and talking to my daughter instead, even when I was the one asking the questions.
It felt like they didn’t want to take the time to understand me or respect me as a customer. The whole experience was humiliating and unprofessional. I left feeling upset and disappointed. I would not recommend this place to anyone who expects basic courtesy and respect.

I got a mani pedi. It was amazing. We received drinks and great service. My nails looks good and my feet are soooo soft! My sister has been going for years. They are 10/10!

I honestly wanted to give this shop another chance but baby let me just say I will not be returning. I’ve been going here since 2017 and within the last two years with new management and these new changes from the nail techs to the appearance of the shop it’s just not what it used to be to be I’m really disappointed and honest sad I just wasted money I asked for a specific nail design let’s just say I definitely did not get what I asked for.

THE BEST OF THE BEST.
The attention to detail comes even before you step into the salon, the receptionist is very kind and helpful on the phone. You’re immediately greeted with a smile and with a “welcome in”
They even sanitize the chair right before you’re about to seat. They offer you a massage while getting your service. I wish I took pictures of the cute glasses and snacks, cups of fruit, spring rolls, you name it!
I’ve been here twice and the 3 technicians were nothing, but amazing. I’ve been looking for a place that aren’t t too harsh when removing my previous dip since it’s what I always have on. I highly recommend showing them an inspo pic and they would take care of the rest. It’s on the pricer side, but completely worth it, you can be sure you would get what you ask for, and it’s indeed an experience.

I love this nail bar!!!! I highly recommend them! It’s nice , clean, and definitely a vibe! Come get the treatment you deserve and relax!!!! Tony does my nails and is outstanding!!!! I get soooo many compliments on my nails!💅

Honestly ever since they went under new management/ new crew I’ve been disappointed! I’ve been going there for 3 years now, no complaints but now with all these changes people working there not know what they are doing!! I recently went to get my nails done again after they had messed them up because I wanted to give the new people a second chance but again they mess up my nails horribly. Won’t be coming here ever again sadly. I am adding the photos of what I wanted and what I received.

Requested style: My nails are always what I asked for.
Cleanliness: I love the facility is always clean and comfortable
Stylist: Tracy always delivers. Whether I bring the design or leave it all up to her.. I’m going to love it. She is my go to but I’ve never been dissatisfied with any of the Technicians at Polishe

I asked for a toe refill and a pedicure and two of my acrylic toes are hanging off the very next day. I tried to tell them yesterday that they felt loose and they gave me so much attitude. I do not recommend this place at all. I will not be returning ever. I only gave 2 stars for the polish color!

Polishe Nail Bar did a beautiful job on my nails today . I have been searching for nail bar home for months and I finally found a gem . I got dipped nails for the first time on my natural nails and loved it . I can’t wait to try them again soon!
